The salon was clean but busy. We just walked in on a Saturday so that was to be expected. The 2 gentleman that did our pedicures were very friendly and they did a nice job. The service was a little too pricey compared to what I've had in the past at other places with the exact same service. Overall, a nice place.

I was pleased with this salon in the past, but something has happened. They don't seem as friendly as before. Also, the gal that did my shellac (I've been to her several times) filed my nails again after she had the shellac all done and sealed the tips of my nails. I have no idea why she did this. I've never had anyone re-file my nails right before I'm ready to leave! They didn't even need it! Well, it obviously took off all the seal on the tips so the chipping began just 2 days after I had them done. They didn't even last one week!! They are also quite expensive

Way overpriced!! I paid almost $140 for pedi and fill-in. Polish on toes looks bad- bubbled up 2 hours later. Won't be back!

This was my first visit to your salon and my mail tech was very aggressive while filing my nails. She made me bleed on 3 fingers and acted like it didn't happen. One mail is prominently crooked as well. She was very rushed the entire time. I don't feel as if my service was worth the amount that was paid. As a client but also as someone who works in a salon and knows the sanitation protocols to stay open I was disappointed and concerned. I will not be returning

Myself and a group of friends came here on the16th of April. The woman who did my pedicure was very kind, but extremely rough. I suspect the tools being used were not sanitary because within 2 days my toenail became infected. I am now on a round of antibiotics and I DO NOT recommend going to this salon. I've attached photos for you all to see! If i could rate this zero stars i would. Paid over 50 dollars for this.

A group of 6 of us went last Friday 4/16 for my friends birthday. It was one of the worst pedicures any of us have experienced. Personally I wanted a basic pedicure and it lasted less than 15 minutes which is crazy since my feet are TERRIBLE. She barely scrubbed them and when I left the bottom of my feet were still rough and felt like I didn't even get a pedicure. My shaping was terrible and my polish looked terrible and there were still cuticles that could be seen on every toe. Every single pedicure lasted less than 15 minutes with the massage lasting about 1 minute and barely any pressure

The stars are mostly for the cleanliness of the salon, the presentation of the nail colors, and the friendliness of the staff. I'm a reasonable person - so I'm giving a little fault for myself for being an end of the evening walk-in. But, if the services could not be done well, they should have asked me to return the next day. My polish is inconsistent/bad edges and my cuticles were over-trimmed leaving me with rough edges and cuts. Thankfully I received a 25% off promotion due to their new opening (20%) and my paying cash (5%). But it is not my intent to return to or recommend my technician

I am from Arizona and am here visiting. I came to Kim to get an SNS manicure and she was great! So professional and did an absolute great job!! I highly recommend Kim!

Amazing customer service! I felt super comfortable with the sanitary protocols that are in place for COVID. Also, Cindy did an amazing job on my nails! Definitely recommend

I wanted to write this review because I was so impressed with how much this place is holding to the reopening guidelines. I went last night and there was not one more additional precaution this place could have taken to make me feel safe. From temp taking to gloves to plexi-glass and masks. It was incredible. I hope it doesn't have to be like this forever, but I still felt relaxed and safe at the same time. I witnessed the staff continuously cleaning, asking guests to wash their hands and all the right protective gear. Bravo

I went to this spa for first time. Because other spa I used to go to is under renovation. Front desk made me uncomfortable because after I said my child doesn't want pedicure. He asked my child again and made fun of choices staying at spa. Lady who did my pedicure is so lazy that she didn't even scrub my feet properly on back side. When I asked she looked at supervisor and that supervisor came and giving me Lectures without seeing how much she has done so far. And foot cream massage is done with 2 different creams she combined both and painted my leg without massage. And didnt even wash

If I could leave no star I would. I had a terrible experience when I came to get my acrylic nails off. I've have got my nails taken off so many time's in many different places and not once had they ever let me walk out like this place did. Just take a look and judge for yourself.

I don't know why people say this place is clean! They reused a towel, just folded over the gross part for me. Tools were they same she used on everyone and I never saw her clean them. Now for my nails she was a little rougher than I would have liked pulling and grinding in my nails. From a far my nails look good, but my left hand is more of a sharp square than my right and the polish is lumpy with some air bubbles. I mentioned to her that the shaping needed to be fixed and she said "oh I'm not done I'm going to do it after I paint your nails" what the heck no! I'm

Super relaxing! Plenty of pedicure options! I opted to have wine with my pedi! The nail tech took his time, was thoughtful, gentle and asked me how I was doing on pressure, water temperature, towel temperature throughout. I was definitely at ease. They do a great job here. My polish ended up beautiful and smooth. so sad I cannot come back as a regular since I am from the Chi... But, when I'm back in Cincy, I know the first establishment I will hit up will be Aura.

The nail techs here are amazing! I can't say enough great things about the quality of my nails when I go. I will say the receptionist is a bit much. I went to a competing place to get my nails done recently just so I wouldn't have to deal with their front desk person. Kinda regret that decision cause my nails weren't as great but man I just want a peaceful environment. The way she talks bad about the male owner and the men working is a complete turn off. I will return because the quality is amazing, I'll just be sure to wear my ear buds

Aura nails is a cute and stylish spa with a clean feel and great vibe. Their technicians are friendly and all seem to take pride in their work.
Kate was there to do my SNS nails, and once I told her I was having my nails done for engagement photos the next day, I could tell she took extra special care of my soon to be photographed hands! Kate was diligent and helpful. She made sure I liked the shape and color and made sure I didn't mess my nails up before they were all done by having me pay before the top coat and then helping me gather my things.

I'm so disappointed with this place. Called ahead for prices/services and they give me a total different price. Then they star to talk in Chinese and asked my girls the ages, doubting about if they were 10 or younger. Then, the manager came and confronted me in from of my kids about the list prices. I felt so attacked and judge that I stand up, paid whatever they want me to charged and walked away with out finishing my service.
I can't express how offended I'm. That's not the way to do business.

Luxurious and relaxing! Friendly staff along with a variety of services for a decent price. This location is easy to find off 129 and I75 near Liberty Center. Bountiful parking out front. I booked my services through their website. I was able to get a description of the services and was able to book quickly. I received a text message confirmation prior as well. I received the Ultimate spa pedicure. I felt super pampered. The tech that performed my service was very personable and attentive. I was able to get a quick manicure in my chair too.
