As a first time home buyer, it was nice to have Matthew Cordle as our realtor because he has a lot of knowledge in his field, and he is great at negotiating. Matthew was able to answer any questions we had quickly, and he always took it upon himself to do his homework on any potential properties we wanted to look at. He was also able to clear up any misunderstandings or questions on the sellers side, and he was always prompt in doing so.

I love working with Valerie and the Perna Team when it comes to my real estate transactions. This is the second time I've worked with Valerie to sell one of my homes because she has an awesome personality, and she is always available. The listing coordinator, Gayle, did a great job scheduling the photos which were done by Jeramiah, who was very nice and patient. Micaela Wood has been an awesome realtor to have in the search for my first home. She has gone above and beyond to help me find the perfect place and did a great job listening to and understanding my wants and needs. I had originally liked a home I saw on Zillow, but it was a little out of my price range. Micaela kept an eye on it and saw that the priced had dropped, and she ended up scheduling a surprise showing for me. Doreen Schifano was a wonderful realtor to work with because she always had our best interests in mind. She never gave us the impression that she had a hidden agenda because of her caring nature and consistent follow up. She was very good at keeping us informed with the process and if we didn't know what to ask, she would step in and make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision.
