Very poor service. Caused much undue stress to my son and his family. Check out BBB review. They made many promises and never followed through. Tricked my son into giving away appliances snd other things he wanted to keep. Very poor service trying to sell their home. The two girls they worked with did seem honest and caring. The others were not.

I implore anyone looking to list their home to check into ANYONE other than Mark Z.
I should have known the minute Ronald Provenzano walked through the door that he would be absolutely incompetent after his total 'used car salesman' pitch. Unfortunately, due to the timing we are trying to move, I went ahead and listed with him anyway.
One of the first things anyone reading this needs to know is how incompetent our listing agent was. We have signed listing documents that say that the items shown as EXCLUDED would be an addendum on the purchase agreement. Due to our listing agent being

Be VERY careful if you are going to use Mark Z and his team. They recommended I use their well and septic inspector (Don Haring with "D and H Environmental"... Turns out he was unlicensed, uninsured and working under a dissolved company name. Failed to note obvious and major problems with the well which now comes with a price tag of drilling a new well. After confronting said inspector he mentioned that he had to call his "expert" for advice on it and that "if he red flagged all inspections then home sales would never go through". We were going to try and list our house with Mark Z, but Johnny they're super agent decided he didn't even need to look at our house to tell us that our house is worth x amount of dollars below what everyone else said it was worth. To not even take the time to drive out he calls, says to my wife I don't want to waste your time and I don't want you to waste my time we'll list your house for ex or we don't have to list your house at all. Do not come out to not take the time to see the beautiful updates in the work we did on our house to assume that it was worth X not

Sold our house in 6 days for more than the listing price! His team made the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house effortless on our part. We started looking into homes a few months ago and dealt with a couple realtors a long the way. We didn't have the type of availability we needed and felt like one of them was extra pushy. I had put in a request for something online and started to get phone calls weekly from Sandy at Mark Z, so eventually I just spoke to her. She was so considerate that I was glad I picked up the phone. Suffice it to say - I emailed her, Michelle and Kathy a couple times.

We purchased our condo through Mark Z team. We started browsing through Zillow and found the condo. Without having our own agent, we requested more info through Zillow. One of Mark Z agents called us back immediately and within a couple of hours we scheduled a viewing for the next day.
Overall the experience was great, the agent was very quick in getting back with us on requests and made the process pretty easy on our end, even though the condo was a foreclosure.
