You will never find a more honest man than Phil Cowan. My parents are on a fixed income and he has helped them multiple times with their pump and a hot water issue. He is prompt and honest and affordable. His work is top notch. If you want a good Christian man with ethics and values then call Phil.

Phil Cowan did an AMAZING job analyzing my well pump issues, explaining the problems that I had in a way that I could easily understand and helped my husband and I realized that a complete replacement was needed. No pressure at all! He simply told us the issues, what it would take to fix those issues and gave his recommendation. C&S was the ONLY company that came to my house when I had a large water leak in my front yard that came in and knew what they were doing from the start. I have used C&S Well Pump Services four times at my home in Hall County over the last decade, which included a frozen outdoor pipe, a leaking outdoor pipe, a pressure issue at the water tank, and a water tank that was busted. All four times they responded quickly, fixed the issue on the first visit, and did the job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.
