Sarah was very personable and flexible. I have a five year old that was in need of my attention. I had to call back a couple of times to get everything completed. She was most patient, kind, friendly, down to earth, considerate, understanding, and very easy to talk to. The fact that they are able to save me over $100 a month, just made it icing on the cake.

Switched to State Farm with Elliott Knoxville over a month ago and so far it’s been a great experience. Not only was I able to save quite a bit per month, I also got a lot better coverage on my families vehicles. Every one of my families needs have been met, and it’s great to know I have an Agent that actually cares and builds a personal connection with their customers.

Working with Elliot Knoxville has been a great experience. Always available and pleasant to speak with, along with his staff. I have several State Farm Policies and when Mr. Knoxville took over the previous Agent office, I found he was great to work with. I recently received a great rate on my new 2021 Nissan Rogue.
