Sam, a native of Gaffney, SC began his career in 1998 with PPE, following extensive experience in the plastics industry with leading competitors. Sam was well versed in technical aspects of bobbins, reels, spools, and custom products-while helping to add new products to PPE's product lines. Our customers appreciated his dedication, outgoing personality, and wonderful sense of humor.

The plastic spools I ordered were only available in cartons of 1200 pieces, so I ordered one carton. Then I discovered that the covers for the spools only came in cartons of 1130 pieces - 70 covers less. And - there was no possibility of ordering 70 extra pieces! The most astoundingly idiotic marketing concept I have ever encountered - bar none!
