Services
Our preschool-aged gymnastics program for children walking to Kindergarten, focuses on the development of fine and gross motor skills, playground readiness, social skills, and gymnastics skills, as well as helping to develop proprioceptive and vestibular integrations.
Our specially designed gymnastics equipment is scaled to fit toddlers' and preschoolers' that is smaller hands and bodies allowing our tiniest athletes to do gymnastics "just like the big kids."Circuits and stations assure that these active children do not have downtime and our trampolines and foam pit provide a safe environment for these young jumpers.

Your child will be guided through step by step skill progressions and specific drills/exercises, providing the opportunity to effectively achieve and refine gymnastics skill, while progressing from beginner to advanced levels. Students will be working on all Olympic events/equipment: Floor Exercise, Parallel Bars, High Bars, Pommel Horse, Rings, and Vault.
Our Recreational students (Kindergarten and above) are placed into class based on skill and gender. RGA''s curriculum is taught on a continuum, allowing students to move at their own pace, advancing on the events on which they are ready. Coach evaluations are low stress and allow the coaches to track the athletes' progress.
RGA offers two competitive options for our Artistic Team gymnasts. USAG's JuniorOlympic (JO) Program Level 4 & 5 and then proceeding to level 6 (Optionals), and USAG's Xcel Program. The JO and Xcel programs both offer wonderful opportunity to train gymnastics at all levels and participate in competitions.
RGA's Saturday Night events are great fun for kids aged 5 to 15. Looking for a perfect date night? We're the cheapest baby sitting in town and the kids aren't sitting in front of a tv with a baby sitter. Drop your kiddos off at RGA on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month from 7pm to 10 pm for a night of open gym.

Rockwall Gymnastics Academy is truly the best facility in the area and surrounding areas. The facility is clean, the staff cares about their athletes and each other, and their knowledge of skills is incredible. Not only would I recommend your children to attend classes at RGA but it is also a great place to work. I am honored to always work for such a great company, be respected, understood, and on top of all that, it is fun!

I love the attention each student receives. They are working to correct bad form allowed from other gyms. It is clean and smells great! I love the coaching staff - I frequently see them come out to talk to parents one on one after classes and update them on their kids progress! If you are looking for a great gym - look no further than RGA!!!

I HIGHLY recommend this gym! We have attended and visited other gyms in a 10-15 mile radius of Rockwall. The attitude and energy of the coaches, staff, and gymnasts are by far the most positive and upbeat we have encountered. Not to mention my daughter and granddaughters strength has improved X 100. Consider bringing your kiddo whether they’re considering competitive gymnastics or just need some physical activity or socializing. It’s an awesome place to be!!!

The gym was nice and the staff was nice but the coaches are not properly trained. I observed training two different times and spotting is scary in some cases. I was a high level gymnast, and these coaches do not seem trained for high levels. If you want to put your child in preschool or open gym, this gym is fine. But if you're looking for a competitive team, this is not the place to be.
In response to RGA answer to my review: You do not have me in your files because I only visited to watch the coaching (as I stated above). Just because you have years of training, it does not mean you are trained

The coaches at RGA in my opinion are the best. After my daughter tried a few other gyms in the past we had followed coach Kaden Furr to the new gym at RGA and the staff there is wonderful. They encourage the children and have more respect for the children than most adults do. They work the kids hard but make it fun and enjoyable for them at the same time so that the children will take it seriously and be able to learn better. There's a reason they were voted best gymnastics in Rockwall and it's because their coach and staff members are truly the best.

My daughter has been going to RGA since they opened in September and she LOVES it! She is 3 years old and does a preschool class with Coach Kaden! She adores him and loves learning all that he has to teach. My daughter has also done the morning open gym a couple times and the Lunch n Brunch once and those are awesome options for some extra fun time during the week! All the staff that we have met have been amazing with the kids and expanding their knowledge and skills where it matters most! Keep up the great work RGA!
