We have a class or team for everyone at United Elite from beginners to advanced. The coaching staff of United Elite offers a caring and nurturing environment while encouraging each gymnast to reach their full potential. We believe in developing a successful athlete both physically and emotionally. Gymnastics is a sport that develops the whole body.

Services
We offer a fully equipped gymnastics gym with all the fun and excitement you can handle. Your child and all their friends will enjoy 1 hour of playtime in our gymnastics gym and 30 minutes in a private area for cake and presents. United Elite offers a foam block pit, 4 trampolines, trampoline tumble track and spring floor and of course vault, bars and beam are also available to play on.
Our program's objective is to develop each athlete physically, mentally and emotionally so that they will achieve success on and off the competition floor. Our cheerleaders will learn how to work hard, set and achieve goals, work through frustrations and setbacks, take risks, and work as a team. They will also learn the meaning and worth of dedicated effort.

I really like the organization and it really motivates my child. I do think some of the coaches need more training in coaching a team (Dawson). He makes my child’s team go against one another. His method is not appropriate for children. I’m worried that if he continues this method, he will not only hurt the girls emotionally, but physically.

My daughter has done All Star Cheer at UE for the last 2 years. We love her coaches Dawson and Kayla! Carol the director is always available and her communication skills are amazing! Jennifer who is at the front desk is amazing and super helpful with any questions. The entire staff is top notch, can’t say enough good things about this gym. It is a small gym, which we like. If you are looking for an alternative to driving 30 minutes from Rockwall, check out this gym you won’t be disappointed!

Great gym and awesome instructors. The adult gymnastics class is fantastic. Kennan knows how to make the class a fun and rewarding experience every time. I joined this class because I missed gymnastics and I wanted to find a fun way to get back in shape and regain my muscle and improve flexibility. I love this class. I’ve only been going a month and I’m already so much stronger.
