Most gymnastics institutions can be classified as a Recreational gym or a Club gym. However, IEG is a hybrid, offering both recreational gymnastics and more advanced club training. We have a competitive team program unlike any other - competitive gymnasts are high-performance athletes who train hard to develop superior strength, flexibility, coordination, grace, balance, and agility.

At Iarov Elite Gymnastics we are committed to enhancing children's lives through fitness, self-confidence, discipline and fun. Each of our programs is designed to teach specific skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Students are accompanied by their guardian while participating in this class.
The class begins by INCORPORATING CARDIO, FLEXIBILITY, AND STRENGTH INTO a WARM-UP and stretch. Followed by three 15 minute rotations which can include vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline or tumble track. The students will work on basic gymnastics skills while focusing on learning the proper form and technique needed to advance their skills.
These levels are designed to prepare gymnasts for competition by providing a non-competitive, achievement-oriented program of basic skills and progressions. Both of these levels are progressive in nature, building upon the skills required at the previous level. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including the USA Gymnastics State Championships.
The birthday child's parents may walk through the gym to take pictures during this time, however no parents will be allowed to use any of the equipment, i.e. jumping on the trampolines, swinging on the bars, or walking on the beam. Iarov Elite Gymnastics offers the IEG parties that you and your child will remember for years to come!

We came to Iarov Elite Gymnastics as a drop in the summer of 2019. After trying out Iarov my daughter felt such a connection with the coaches and the girls. My daughter is a level 9 gymnast and really enjoyed the training she received from Edouard Iarov. She really felt the gym had so much to offer her that we decided to move her to Dallas to further her gymnastics training. Coming to Iarov has turn out to be the best decision we made for my daughter’s gymnastics experience and opportunity.

Our daughter has trained at Iarov for almost 10 years and the coaches and this gym are like family! If you want to learn gymnastics and just have fun: this is the place. If you want go all-in and head for the highest levels, Edouard Iarov is an Olympic proven coach who can take you as far as you are willing to go. No better place for top level gymnastics with personal training from coaches at the highest levels!

We moved here from El Paso 3 months ago just for my daughter (Level 9/10) to be trained by Edouard Iarov. The gymnast training is excellent. Edouard’s knowledge and training is at an Olympic caliber. The progression in her skills, form and technique have exceeded dramatically in such a short time. The staff at Iarov are so friendly and offer a variety of coaching levels and experience. I definitely recommend Iarov Elite Gymnastics for the just beginning gymnasts all the way to Elite gymnasts. A+ rating!!!!!
