Marlee, Amber, Andre, and Nick, I’m sure there are others that are absolutely amazing people to interact with but these people made my experience at this dealer just absolutely amazing. There was no pressure or push to walk out with a bike and no feeling of “oh these guys just wanna take my cash” I walked in just trying to get a test drive and walked out happier than ever knowing that I got the best deal possible with the most welcoming crew in a dealership I have ever seen. I drove over an hour to look at a bike on the website that in the end didn’t even run. Salesman said it needed a battery, ok that’s fine I understand it’s been sitting on the floor. In the end I sat around the dealer for around 2-3 hours just to be told it needed more work and I couldn’t test ride it. Why post it for sale when it’s not ready? I have not heard from them in a month since visiting or any type of update on if it’s ready or not. Most likely not returning.

I came in with a loose idea about buying a motorcycle not too long ago and I will say, it turned out to be the best experience I have had at a Harley dealership to date. Marlee was on point with understanding what I was looking for and had all of the answers to any questions I thought of. Not only that, but she is genuinely one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting and she treated all my kids amazingly while we were there. Great experience and I highly recommend going here and seeing Marlee!

My fiancé and I came in to Lake Shore Harley and we where greeted with so many friendly faces and kind words. We met with our wonderful sales lady Marlee. Made a trip to Milwaukee from South Indiana
about a 5 hour trip on my little 2014 sportster 883 and on the way back decided to stop in and take a look around. Ended up trading her in for a 2017 dyna street bob. My sales man was great and made everything easy. Everyone there was super friendly. It definitely felt like home. One of the most friendly Harleys we’ve been in. Finance gal was awesome and made everything smooth. Will definitely be making a trip back up.

I bought my first Harley here 3/6/21. I had a great sales person and good experience. Everyone was beyond friendly. I actually came in for a 2009 street glide but didn’t find it as comfortable as I expected. Marty listened to my experience and showed me other bikes that would meet my expectations. I was able to test drive a few different bikes. I ended up buying a 2012 ultra limited. One of the bikes Marty recommend I test drive, on top of that the ultra was cheaper then the street glide. I would do business here again they seemed genuinely concerned about my sales experience and finding the
