Uke's Harley-Davidson

I was on a road trip following the coast all the way around lake Michigan. I was 300 and some miles away from home when a wheel bearing went out on my Road King. I didn't figure I should try to go any further so I pulled out my sleeping bag and slept in a church parking lot. The next morning I stopped at Uke's. Very disappointed in this dealership. Very little selection on everything. Definitely won't be back, no one even offered to help us and no other customers were in the store.

Purchased a 2021 Street Bob from Ukes. English Andy was my salesman. Very knowledgeable and personable. Excellent staff for the accessories as well. Had my first service after 500 miles done here as well, excellent service dept.

Pretty small dealership, but still a fairly nice selection of items. The cool little museum upstairs makes the stop worthwhile. They were one of the only places that actually had a band on the holiday Monday. :-)

My boyfriends fork seal blew out and had oil on the ride to ukes demo day and Adam in the service department was very helpful and responsive to being able to get his bike fixed the same day! In and out in less than 2 hours! Thank you so much for the excellent service and friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend going here. 10 star rating if I could!

Kurt sold me my beautiful heritage softtail and John helped me get all the finance B's out of the way and I gotta say. Both of these guys really went to bat for me and went above and beyond. I have never had such amazing and personal service as I had today. Billy the service manager was amazing! I told him I was a new rider and this was my first bike and he did everything he could to make sure I understood what was being done to my bike. They have made me a customer for life and I will always bring my bike to these guys for service!!

Experience was top of the line. You can take your hard earned coin over to KURT & Trust he’ll take care of you! They have Nice bikes with Nice prices! I would absolutely take my 💰 back with full confidence!

Do not deal with Kurt M at uke's harley. He's a liar and a coward. He'll tell you want you want to hear and not the truth about anything. He'll do whatever to make a sale, lie to you and harass you. If you deal with him you won't be happy.

First in house experience with Uke's and I was pleasantly surprised. As a woman, I am accustomed to the snarky and/or sexist comments that come when you walk in alone to such a place. As if I couldn't possibly know and understand engines, motorcycles, and more. Or even worse, the comments often received toward the idea that I couldn't possibly be able to ride. I am a very experienced rider, that just wasnt able to own my own for a few years. Getting back on a bike just makes my heart soar. They were friendly, helpful, and I felt just as welcome as any long term customer may have. I was addressed

Just passing through but this was a really nice looking place with pleasant & helpful (w/o being annoying) people. Easy to spot, easy to get to, plenty of parking, really nice well laid out place. The building itself is pretty impressive but then there's a small museum upstairs of unique motorcycling memorabilia including a full-size motorcycle made of chocolate no less. I've never done business with the service dept nor have I bought a bike here but the MotorClothes girls were very nice & very accommodating. Bought a brand new 2019 Street glide special from Kurt had extra Willie G emblems - air shocks and mufflers put on in the service department .have had nothing but excellent customer service .any problems quickly taken care of if you want a good deal on a bike go see Kurt if you want great service go see Billy!

Greeted at the door and friendly conversation and no pressure. Some interesting bikes on display. Like most H-D dealerships...lots of parts and accessories and clothing. Smallish Clearance section; especially for men and then mostly 2XX and 3XX only sizes left. Loved the Chocolate Harley-Davidson. Tasty! 😃

Salesmen are full of crap. Promised 35 percent of first parts purchase. I was skeptical but was assured it was 35. Went to make my purchase and was told they could only do 20 percent. Guess I'll be shopping at revzilla

Had a great bike experience at Uke's. From buying selection assistance, to test ride, to purchase, to upgrade service, to outfitting in Harley gear, this place was awesome. I worked with Jeff, Anna ,Billy and Jackie. All top notch. I worked with others also, but did not get their names. This is my first Harley and this team was wonderful. I did choose to upgrade the engine a tad, and the speed and quality was second to none. Two friend have looked at or purchased bikes there after mine. Highly recommend

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships.

This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have a very unique showroom, one of the most unique of the 22 on the trip. They have a glass window tower at the front of their building with a different bike on each floor! It's pretty neat to see.

They also have a mini museum upstairs with a ton of unique Harley Davidsons. I've attached pictures.

Had an oil drip on my 2018. I didn't purchase it at Ukes and I was traveling. Stopped in and the service writer was trying to convince me not to worry and all was ok. Which it turned out to be.
My point is they didn't treat me like they wanted to work on it because I didn't buy it there. Not what Harley is all about. Very unfortunate!!

Ukes Harley Davidson in Kenosha Wisconsin is not like any other Harley Davison dealership. In fact they really stand alone in getting it right. Let me explain. When we are lucky enough to purchase a new vehicle whether it be a car or a motorcycle the experience in my opinion has always been one with mixed feelings. From the pushy sales man and sales manager (The Closer) who looks at you only as a tool to make money and just about forgetting what the excitement, thrill, feelings and emotions that are going on inside the mind of the buyer. What usually turns out to be the excitement of getting that

I'm looking at buying a new bike & walked in at about 2pm on a Thursday. The place was empty except for a few salesmen that clearly couldn't be bothered. I walked the whole showroom and didn't even get a "Hi." At one point I walked about 2 feet from one of them.

I've heard mixed reviews about this place, but now I know. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere....

For the record... I ended up buying a Road King from a different dealer

So, I just bought my third bike from Uke's HD. I am not going to say over how many years, but each time I have had a great experience. This last time I was in the store, I started thinking about a new bike and began talking to Dave Ratz, Sales Specialist. Dave worked with me and provided an overview of a couple models that I have been investigating. He suggested the test ride, which is the kiss of death.

After testing a couple models, I finally chose one. Dave worked with the manager, Jeff and "just wanted to run some numbers." The deal was very fair but I wasn't ready

Went here because I alway heard good good things but when I went here sales people acted like I could not afford bike I wanted because I was so young well thanks because I went to lake shore and and got my brand new street glide for cheaper and was treated like a. king so thanks thanks very glade you helped me find them

Just had my Harley in for 20Kservice, brakes and tires. They did a great job. I live 30 miles away from the dealer they dropped me at the train station after I rode up there, then drove my bike to my house after they completed the work. Prices were better than the Illinois dealership and they get you in and out fast.

Service Department has the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Brought my bike in early afternoon day before my scheduled appointment and they called me back three hours later the same day to tell me they had looked at the bike and what I needed. Bike hasnt been right in two years and has been to other dealerships but Ukes solved the problem. Bike was ready the next day. I come from Chicago and it is kind of far but worth the trip! I will continue to bring my bike there.

Large and clean. Huge selection of Bikes, gifts and T-shirts. Nice sale racks. Dressing rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly.

HUGE selection of t-shirts and bikes. Unfortunately no orange shirts so I walked out empty.
