DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD DENTAL CARE! Went in for a cleaning and some X-rays and I left extremely disapointed and angry. Dr. Burbach completely missed a huge cavity in my mouth because he didn't even bother to look at my X-rays or manually check any of my teeth, besides one I was having pain in. If I had not gone home and checked my mouth after the appointment I would not have even known it was there. I am so tired of people not doing their jobs I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DOUBLE CHECK MY TEETH AFTER GOING TO THE DENTIST! The only reason I checked my teeth after I left was because Dr. Burbach

Wow. Have read some of the critiques on Doc Burbach's chairside manner and I think that is part of his charm. I definitely would rather have his stories than the sound of the drill and just silence. I guess to each his own... but it kind of made me sad to read the judgment. I look forward to the chats. He is one of the good guys!

My dental hygienist was very sweet and she did a great job. However, I will not return to the office to hear any more of Dr. Burbach's chauvinistic comments. When he came in to do the final check, he said, "Howdy. What do you do?" I replied that I had just had a baby and was currently staying home with her. "So, you're basically a trophy wife," he said. I pretended like it didn't bother me, but I was very upset that he seemed to be insulting my intelligence and my worth as a person and new mom. I had to find a new dentist as mine closed up. I had not been for 2 years since I had a job change and no insurance for awhile. Dr. Burbach's was a great find. Everyone in the office was efficient and what I appreciated was neither Dr. Burbach nor his dental hygienist made me feel guilty about not having seen a dentist in 2 years, nor did they lecture me about not flossing enough or all the other things I am doing wrong. I'm past middle age and have heard it a million times before and I'm gonna do what I'm gonna do and yet most dental hygienists think they have to teach

The entire office staff are friendly, welcoming, and competent. I have been coming here since I was a toddler, and have been conisitently satisfied, recommending this office to everyone I know. Dr. Burbach is always friendly amd exceptionally skilled in what he does. I have also seen Dr. Jangard here, and he is skilled as well and very nice.

I found Dr. Burbach by reading his reviews and visiting his informative office web page. I'd just has an unfortunate time with my last dentist. Dr. Burbach's reviews were great except for one lady who thought he talked to much to his office staff but his work itself was fine. I decided to give him a try. I had no problem at all. Dr. Burbach is a very robust person and does love a good conversation but he kept me feeling entertained and included while I was in the chair. There's a real camaraderie in the office that I love.

Dr. Burbach, You did a good job re capping a molar, but I was very uncomfortable with all the sports talk and hunting talk with your assistant. I'm sure she was sick of hearing you ramble on and on about yourself and your interests. I don't think you realized I was a person in that chair. Just know that some people don't want to hear about football for an hour with no escape.
