There is no fountain of youth. Promises of being totally rejuvenated to the person you were 10-20 years ago just isn't going to happen. I've done the "pellet treatment" 2x no noticeable change. Testosterone levels went up but no increase of energy or any other benefits from the treatment. Next I was placed on a vitamin plus injection treatment with none of the promised benefits. The treatment was a waste of time and money for me. I saw the reviews and noticed that over 90% of the men treated were still on their initial visit. We love everything about the Biostation! Customer service is amazing. Making an appointment is so easy you just have to text. The people there always remember you and they are always super punctual. The office is very clean and staff professional, friendly, and presentable!
They offer so many different services. We currently go to the injections twice a week as they give us noticeably more energy!

I have received micro-needling with PRP before in Texas but I must say nothing compares to the midcro-needling with PRP session I received from Melanie at Biostation in East Delray! Melanie was professional and did an outstanding job on my face. I will definitely return!

I LOVE Dr Mitchel Matez! I have been a patient since March 2017. Dr Matez is a wonderful caring doctor. I was very sick when I first came to Dr Matez, he evaluated my situation and made me feel better than I had felt in years within weeks. Dr Matez always follows up with you and during the COVID-19 shut down he was available to gives me pellets. I can not say enough about Dr Matez and what an amazing doctor he is. Ashley is his assistant and always makes appointments and makes sure you always have you medication.

This is my first visit here and It couldn't have gone better. The staff sent me all the required documents ahead of time and I was able to fill them out more completely in the comfort of my home. I arrived early and they let me right in. The front desk staff greeted me very well. I began my appointment ahead of the scheduled time (who does that?) and felt like a VIP the entire time. Check out was a breeze because they had already filed my information. I highly recommend the biostation.

After a negative experience with another HRT organization I came to Biostation on a friends referral. The staff is friendly and very attentive and available, especially my Health Coordinator, Nina. The initial doctor appointment was fairly thorough, although I didn’t feel entirely heard about my abilities/inabilities to follow all the recommendations. Since the initial, any requests I’ve had have been responded to quickly and to my satisfaction with my Health Coordinator. They provide and very clear breakdown on when to take what and how to take it (especially when asked). My biggest hang up

I went today for my first appointment and blood draw and from the time I opened the door until my quick departure everyone I encountered was so pleasant! The woman who drew my blood was very adept and I felt no pain and was in and out in no time. The ladies at the front desk were very kind - offering me coffee and conversation and answered all my questions. The facility was very nicely decorated and felt spa like but also welcoming. I can not wait to meet with my doctor in a few weeks.
