Su has been wonderful! She is the best in her business, knowledgeable and honest Su knows exactly what my skin needs and won’t try to sell me any unnecessary treatment. I purchased a groupon for IPL laser a while back. I am a 4 on the Fitzpatrick scale meaning I'm naturally tan. The laser burned me after I expressly told the technician it seemed a too hot. At the time she assured me she'd been doing this for years and has never burned anyone. She stated I needed the high/hot setting she was using for the laser to be effective. It's not right to burn people. If we aren't good candidates send us home. No one wants burn scars. I am now at a different clinic where they use a Candela machine which is a YAG laser. This is ideal and effective for darker skin. The office

Sahar, the esthetician, is really great. I’ve gone for about 5 sessions for Brazilian laser and I’ve gotten great results from every session. There has definitely been a decrease in hair grow and now I only need to shave once a month. I also love how easy it is to make appointments and how clean the office is!

If you want a face magician, you need to book your next appointment ASAP! Sahar is so amazing with what she does, very knowledgeable and honest with what is going to work and what is best for your skin and face. My results are unbelievable from doing the face contouring that it had my family and friends shocked and took 5 years off my face. I’m shocked and this has been life changing for me. I absolutely have loved my experiences at this salon! Sahar is so knowledgeable- I originally went in for a consultation and she ended up putting me on a plan that we are going to continue in time. Anywhere else I have gone the consultant just says ok this is how X product will work for you and let's do it. They don't actually think about what's best for the patient where as Sahar sat me down and said "I know that's what you wanted but let's talk about a plan that's better for your health and lifestyle to get you the best results." I absolutely love this place!! The owner Sahar is a sweetheart. I'm having an amazing experience regarding my laser hair removal... not only it's SUPER affordable I have seen such a big difference in only one session that I cannot wait to see the results after 6 sessions.

My experience at Jardin Bleu has been very good. I did laser hair removal on my armpits and it has worked wonders. The main reason I did it is because I was having painful ingrowth of hair in this area. I also had discoloration and was always embarrassed to wear tank tops - which is insane since I live in Florida! But now, I don't have the discoloration, and I don't have any ingrowth or pain in my armpits. The hair now grows very very slowly (but I'm not done with the treatment). Honestly, I know that the hair may not disappear completely but the progress has sure been a relief

The Coolsculpting process stay away from. I don't believe they know how to perform this procedure properly. It has been two months and I have four scars on my stomach. She says I can get laser done to remove them. But shouldn't of happened in the first place nor did she ever worn me This would happen. My dermatologist stated they are burns and believe gel packs were not applied properly. In addition her machine is called fat freeze not Coolsculpting so different. still waiting for a resolution and my money back.

I found the Jardin Bleu spa via a Groupon about 2 years ago and have returned since. I got laser to remove dark spots and it works great. My décolleté showed HUGE improvement! I need a touch up about once per year, and always return here. This year, I even brought my husband. Beyond results, I appreciate that I'm seen on time. I will continue to use Jardin Bleu.. As a true believer in seeing is believing I have to say that this is one of the few spas that actually delivers what they promised. Did the neck tightening treatment and although I purchased 3 sessions I noticed results after the first session. Coolsculpting has produced amazing results and continues to improve daily. Sue is extremely knowledgeable and I certainly will be a regular customer.

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and had good results so I purchased a second package as my technician was willing to give it to me at the Groupon rate. I know this usually isn't their practice so I appreciated the offer and went through with it. My biggest complaint with this spa is they are somewhat unprofessional. Almost every appointment I arrive before the technician does and she is usually 5-10 minutes after the scheduled time. Because I schedule appointments before work it is important to me that my appointments begin on time. Also the website indicates the spa opens at 1030am
