Rosacea is more than a red face. Though it often starts as a tendency to blush or flush more easily than other people, the redness can slowly spread and become more persistent. I had a bad experience at this office. I was told one price over the phone then told a different price when I showed up. I was ensured at my last appointment that my insurance would cover my surgery and I was told thru a voicemail that I would only have to pay $75 copay however when I arrived to my appointment I was told I have to pay $300 for my surgery. When I explained to the front desk and manager that I was told 75 they said they would still charge me the $300. Had to cancel my appointment after I took time off from work.

New patient to this facility-but the staff was great in getting me in quickly for my skin issues etc. & was very patient with me & made me feel at ease.
I have to go back for more procedures & when they called, they were very informative about everything. Also, I was glad they were very close to my work/home. I want to say thanks to Brandy & Kayla who did my biopsy.

It was my first time at a dermatologist today and i was prescribed two creams for my issues. I didn’t catch the name of the ladies who helped me but they were so sweet and i felt so comfortable to ask questions. One of them had long brown hair with a small bun on the top of her head she was very sweet and helpful and two other woman a blonde with tattoos and a brunette with wavy hair were also extremely sweet and helpful and gave me answers to any questions i had. i have an appointment to see if my treatment is working a month from now and i will update. thanks so much again!

The staff is amazing and is so helpful. I had the worst flare up of eczema and I came in to try to get on Dupixent because honestly my skin was so bad I wanted to kill myself. I wasn’t sleeping at all. My whole body was red and inflammed. I scratched from morning till night. I came in and I felt like a person. I was met with compassion and treated like a person instead of a patient number. They got my the shot within 3 weeks of the initial visit and I haven’t scratched since. Truly an amazing staff/practice!

I've been getting accutane through them and I absolutely loved the PA, Kristy. Since she's left, I've been running into problem after problem with the staff. The dr is so nice and informative but the front desk ladies are always so rude on the phone and have such an attitude, it turns me off having to call them for help.

She has always been cordial, helpful and respectful with me over the years. My weekly visits to this office are the highlight of my week. I have worked at Coastal Dermatology for almost a year now as a medical assistant and right away they made me feel at home. I’m a military spouse and my husband has been deployed the entire time I’ve been here in Florida.
