My family has used Heart of America on two different occasions. The first time was about 8 years ago and then again more recently. Both times their employees have been so helpful, caring, and good to our family. You can really tell they care and are not just there to do their job. They make you feel like family, everyone of their staff members we met were compassionate and happy to help us. I would highly recommend Heart of America if you are looking for a home health care agency.

I have worked for Heart of America home health care for nearly 6 years. I was hired without my CNA license and wasn't treated any different from others or when I received mine shortly after hiring me. I absolutely love my job, clients, coworkers and upper management as well! We do our absolute best to make sure our clients get the best from us when we care for them. Whether it's helping with personal care, cleaning or just sitting and keeping your loved one company to make sure their ok, we do our best! I am so happy with Heart of America. They are prompt with returning messages and emails and I have the Owners cell phone number so I can reach them if I need them. They work very hard to make sure they listen to us and give help with what is needed. If I have a problem it is listened to and addressed quickly. Their caregivers and Nurses are kind, professional, well trained, friendly and make us feel like we are their only priority. I recommend them to anyone !
