The limo was very nice and spacious, the driver was pleasant but the air conditioning did not work and we were roasting in the back. When I called repeatedly to ask what they would do to accommodate the situation they ignored me until I threatened to review on Yelp! The customer service was atrocious, she told me she does not listen to her messages and anyone who uses a limo knows the air does not work when it is hot out. We paid a lot of money for a nice birthday event and one of our guests was getting ill and nearly fainted due to the heat. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We definitely should have consulted Yelp before hiring this Company. We rented the 18 - 20 person Hummer Limo for wine tasting. The limo was beautiful but, it was 90 plus degrees and the air conditioning did not work. 18 people in the limo and no air conditioning stuck in traffic for an hour and 40 minutes headed back to Portland. If that wasn't bad enough the Company did not return 5 messages. They said they don't check messages on that line. It was the phone number you call to make a reservation. I don't usually get so upset but the fact that they didn't bother to return
