Leave protective cling wrap on for two hours after receiving your tattoo. Gently wash with non-scented anti-bacterial soap and warm water. Gently pat dry with a paper towel or air dry, DO NOT USE A CLOTH TOWEL. Apply a thin layer of After Inked Aftercare lotion or any non-scented white lotion such as Lubriderm or Aquaphor.
The minor must have a parent/legal guardian present with up to date/legal identification, identification for the minor (student ID, Texas ID or passport), AND a document showing legal guardianship (birth certificate with the parents name on it, legal documentation naming the legal guardian of the minor).

Went in for a septum piercing and booked a 5 pm appointment with Noah on short notice. I paid online when I booked the appointment and the jewelry was included. Let me say, this was my first piercing and it was the quickest 3 seconds of my life. I did not feel a thing. Noah did an awesome job! Will definitely be back for more piercings.

My piercer was live streaming. I don't think it's appropriate to not inform and not ask consent first. Also, I have an allergy to certain metals which I indicated on the form they have you fill out. I assumed wrongly that they would have read the form. I had to go back and pay for a titanium replacement which I had to put in myself.

Poor customer service and lack of respect to customers. My daughter came in to get her first piercing and the piercing rep was rude and dismissive of any fears related to her lack of experience with these procedures. The shop then sold her a product for $75 that fell apart a day after she left the store, and this shop refused to even give her a partial refund. If you want customer service and products at a fair price that are backed up by the retailer, avoid this place at all costs.

I dont usually do this, but Ive just not had good experiences with this place since they first pierced me 1/2 a year ago... Their piercer is rude like all of these reviews say, but my piercing turned out fine. My main problem is the shopping experience I had here. I bought Jewelry 3 times from here, my final time i spent $80 on a thread less 14kt gold rhinestone stud. It broke in 3 days, and they would not give me my money back. Managers exact words were "how do we know you didnt just go sit in a sauna for hours" because the rhinestone was glued onto the jewelry. They offered to give

Noah saw my old piercings and told me he could redo it without rejecting it like the first time and it came out perfect. Ended up leaving with three piercings definitely going back to Noah.

Loved everything except for the piercer mingo! He was very silent. Didn't really answer any questions was very dismissive! Mine and my SIL piercings came out crooked but couldn't say anything because it was already paid for in advance before walking into be pierced! I have other piercings on my tongue and I have to say this was the most painful I've ever had because the piercer did it extremely slow literally felt every rip and tear! Was never told to lay down for any piercing and I had to for this one was extremely uncomfortable! Paid 154 for 2 piercings was expecting something

Got my nose pierced by Noah a few months ago and came back to get a tattoo. Had a great experience with my piercing and another great one while getting my tattoo done by Canada! He was extremely friendly and quick which made me a lot less nervous. The whole process was super easy and all the staff is super super nice. Definitely will end up going back to the shop :)!!

€œCanada†was my tattoo artist for this amazing piece. And I can honestly say I’ll be back with him for some more! He’s so easy to talk to (which is important when you’re getting inked for hours lol) He also designed this piece after just telling him what I’m looking for and he did this all remotely as well! I've been getting tattooed by Canada for a year now! He is the absolute best! Super chill and does great work! All my tattoos healed awesome and look amazing a year later!! He also fixed a awful playboy bunny tattoo I got at a different shop and made it look so badass! Almost all of my tattoos are "sticker" tattoos and they look just like a sticker it's insane

I got pierced by Frankie a few months ago, and the whole experience was perfect! From the booking process (super easy) the shop is very clean and sanitized, great jewelry selection, they required face masks which is a plus in my books and mostly Frankie herself. She’s extremely patient ( I ask a lot of questions) knowledge and has a great hand for piercing she’s gentle and fast! Lol my conch and tragus healed fast with minimal pain I would 100% be going back for more and I recommend this shop/Frankie for anyone looking in the San Antonio area.

I had a very mixed experience. I came with my sister for walk-in piercings and tattoos. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, but they told us we would wait for less than an hour and we waited 2 hours.
Mingo, the piercer, was INSANELY rude and so unsympathetic to my sister feeling nervous about her piercing. He was super short with us, never made eye contact, and acted inconvenienced by every question we had. One of the worst experiences I've had in a shop so far. The women taking your temperature was giving attitude to being with. She was fighting with someone over her Apple Watch. Obviously not paying attention to her job. We were supposed to be the second person to be pierced but yet every other person who walked in after was help before us.
Becoming impatient with the over an hour wait for the one piercing we're waiting for. We asked if anyone of those people had appointments. There response was obviously no. And that in fact the lady should've put the papers in the correct order

We had not been here since before COVID. Very disappointed. Went online and booked appointments for several piercings. Got to the store more than 15 mins prior to the appointment only to be told that there where "all these walk ins ahead of you " (pointing to a full shop). I was informed booking online was not an actual appointment. I was also informed that my piercer Mingo was not going to do it. After over an hour , we were asked to pick jewelry (ear upgrades) and another piercer would help us. After almost 2.5 hours we were called back to do piercings. Not by the 2nd piercer

Very clean place and spacious after you sign in and go sit in the waiting area. Once inside, they make sure you have a mask, ask what you're looking for, and fill out some paperwork. They also have you wash your hands as well to make sure everything and everyone stays relatively safe, which I very much appreciate.
The wait time took forever to do one piercing, since for piercings they're walk ins and don't take appointments, and they can get pretty busy in the afternoon on the weekends. But overall it was a nice and clean experience.
Regardless, rather wait hours here than have a horrible experience

Noah was my piercer, and he did a fantastic job! I was intimidated by the idea of getting a conch piercing (because I had heard they were pretty painful), but Noah was very quick and efficient; the piercing was much less painful than I expected. I didn't realize that Noah usually does appointments only, so I will absolutely be making an appointment next time!

My friend and I went to get piercings (Medusa, earlobes and nostril). Brooke, who checked us in was very friendly and helpful so it was a good experience from the beginning. And our piercer, Noah did amazing. He was professional and made sure everything was sanitary and clean. Overall, I highly recommend getting your next piercing here!

Just got back from taking my four-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced which she has been begging me for for the last few weeks. Needless to say I remember going to this location previously for my own piercings that I didn't even question where I would take her. I called to make sure they weren't accepting appointments and it was just all on walk-in basis.
Literally arrived, got greeted by the entire staff behind the desk who treated my four year old so kindly with high fives. Jen was exceptional behind the counter and very helpful in explaining
