Mari always does an amazing job on my eyebrows! Everywhere I go they want to rip off 90% of my brows, but she doesn't do that. She accentuates the shape and fullness that complements my chubby face. Plus the wax she uses doesn't hurt as much as other places and I don't break out nearly as much as I used to with other eyebrow waxing places. 100% recommend!!!!

Clearly it's money first then customers satisfaction I paid for a service that was 550.00! Still extremely upset and it was a birthday gift from friends and family are also not happy especially cos I recommend her to them and wanted to get stuff done by her And because of the time issue I didn't get it and she kept it and been going to her for last 3 years I know people who had issues with her as well.

I got my eyebrows done today. Microblading. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Mariela explained it all before she started the procedure. I was nervous about it being painful. The only pain I experienced was afterwards. It felt like a sunburn. Other than that, it was virtually pain free. I'm very happy with the results. Mariela did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. She made sure my eyebrows were perfect. Do not go anywhere else for microblading. Come to mad makeup! The best in San Antonio!😁

Mariela is absolutely AMAZING! She made sure I walked away with perfect brows- so perfect I was brought to TEARS! Getting microblading here was the best decision ever! I have never had full brows and was always too self conscious to go out without makeup on. Mariela worked her magic and now I have full brows and a shape I could never draw myself! She told me it wouldn't hurt but I wasn't expecting to FALL ASLEEP! Yes you read that right! My microblading turned out amazing!!! If you're looking for the place to get this done please come here! She takes so much care in making sure your brows look absolutely amazing. It doesn't hurt either I almost fell asleep during the process and during my touch up. If you make sure to keep your brows hydrated you won't really scab either.
Also make sure you do your touch up! It'll be 6 weeks or so after your first appointment and it will just make sure everything is even more perfect.
I cannot tell you how much I love waking up everyday and not having to do my eyebrows!!!

5 stars is NOWHERE near enough to explain how amazing Mariela is! Mariela is an angel sent from heaven! She worked her magic and turned my 3 eyebrow hairs into beautifully shaped and filled eyebrows! I was always self concessions about my eyebrows and microblading is the best decision I've made! I was nervous going in (hello, it's a tattoo on your face!) but Mariela but me at ease and is very gentle handed. You will NOT regret getting your eyebrows done by Mariela! I found Mad Makeup by going to Fountain of Youth Spa for lash extensions services. Mariela came highly recommended and after a less than great service from another microblader a year ago, I decided to give Mad Makeup a try after my lash appointment. Mariela did not disappoint! I couldn't be happier with the service and treatment I get every time I come in for touch ups, I have been coming here for almost a year now (started as a new client) and I have NEVER been dissatisfied. Let's face it your eyebrows can really make or break it and it's scary giving that over to someone, especially in a permeant way. I did my eyeliner top and bottom, went back 4 times to do a touch up and it still did not come out right. My wing on one side of my eyeliner was up, and the other side of the wing was down. Both sides are suppose to be the same. When you do a tattoo which I have had done many times before it only takes one time not 4 times. To me all they want is your money so you keep coming back and they keep making money off of you.Plus there is no GUARRANTED on mistakes they do on you. So I will never ever be going there again now I have to find someone else to fix the mess up they did.Which I have to pay

I got permanent eyeliner with Madmakeup. She did not ever make me feel comfortable during the service at all which you would want when doing something like this. The eyeliner migrated leaving what looks like smeared eyeliner. It's called pigment migration. When I sent Mariella the pictures she said that the only way to fix it would be to remove it and also that I had to pay for this service. Now who wants to spend $350 on something permanent that is messed up and then pay to fix it? After a few messages she refunded me $50 (wow) and refused to do the removal or touch-up service. Today I had the best experience with Madison! My appointment was to have permanent eyebrows tattooed over an existing tattoo, to have a more natural look. At my visit she showed me the natural shape of my eyebrows, and how far off my tattoo was from my natrual shape. I had no idea why I hadn't been completely happy with them! She was able to educate me, and realized why I have probably been unhappy with my eyebrow shape. So I did my eyebrows and my eyeliner (at different times) along with both touch ups. In the very beginning, I was afraid to go to work because I thought my skin would be red, swollen, or the tattoo would be too dark but it was completely fine! Madison is the best. I was nervous about getting my eyeliner done, even though I have numerous tattoos. She was personable, and put me at ease immediately. She offered advice and personal experience, and I found her to be open and honest. I came in to see Madison to tattoo my eyebrows. I was scared because I didn't want my eyebrows to look like a sharpie on my face. but Madison made me feel comfortable and showed me many pictures of her work that she has done and she did the hair stroke method on my eyebrows and matched my hair color.
