After numerous failed attempts to try to make an appointment with the doctors, the receptionist are the key problem here. I Called this place approximately six times within the past 5 months to set an appointment. I was constantly placed on hold for a long amounts of time and hung up on inadvertently (more than once). The doctors may be wonderful...but I wouldn't know due to the lack of courteousness of the workers there. So, if you plan on making an appointment with them be prepared to be placed on hold for a while and hung up on more than once.

Dr Bigelli is an old fashion doctor. He is caring and truly sincere about providing medical treatment to his patients. He has performed two bunion surgeries on me and have treated me for other outpatient aliments. Prior to my surgeries, I wanted to know what he was going to do. He took out a foot model, demonstrated the mechanics of the operation and answered all my questions. He was so thorough that he said if I think of anything else, I was welcome to call him back. His office staff is very polite and accommodating. I have had emergency appointments and the staff went out of their way to meet

Office staff is friendly and professional. I booked an appointment with Dr. Milam and he was very thorough with analyzing my concerns and addressing them in a very simple way. He made sure I was comfortable with his suggestions and that any additional questions I had were answered. I recommend this office to anyone needing it!
