Well once again I got fooled by the 5 Stars Reviews!
I went in for 35 minutes and Domenico sent me his assistant and thought she would do it all when she failed.
When he finally came to see me for 2minutes he asked to be reschedule for another day and add a first visit to my pile!
During this visit I have CLEARLY stated my insurance plan and decided to go for a CASH ONLY!
The assistant there (Kim) knows her job well! She claimed it through my insurance without my authorization, over charged them and all their promises fell off. She definitely didn't forget the stupid cream that did absolutely

Not sure how the office or doctors are, but their online appointment system is inaccurate. Booked for an available time slot online, waited for a call to confirm, only to have to call myself and be told the next available appointment is over two weeks away. Confusing, suggest calling versus the online system.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Domenico. Right from the start I felt so comfortable talking to him. He made me feel like he was on my side and listened to my concerns. I had seen another podiatrist and needed a second opinion and I'm very glad that I choose to come here. Looking forward to working with a doctor and hoping to resolve the issues I have.
