The Green Bowl Cafe

I had heard great things about this place but it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready for pickup in 20-25 minutes. Over an hour later I was still waiting in the restaurant for my order. My fiancé called them and asked for a manager to see what was going on and I watched them hang up the phone on her. Incredibly disrespectful. I asked for a full refund and the staff said that since there was no manager present they would not be able to issue a refund (how does a store not have anyone in charge). I’ve been a regular customer for a bit and I enjoy everything , the gluten free empanadas which I have never had before are a thumbs up . I’d like
to share something most restaurants are not perfect and have flaws here and there but it turns my stomach to read these negative comments . I support her business 100% I am a minority and I applaud her efforts to bring to the community the ethnic foods as well as healthy smoothies, salads and açaí bowls etc.

The Green Bowl blew me out of the water with their food and attention to detail!
I had a bit over a week to food for an office party for 30 people. Due to the office COVID policy all 30 meals had to be individually packaged. I reached out to The Green Bowl on a coworker’s suggestion. He said that not only was the food delicious, but it was also gluten free, with vegetarian and vegan options-perfect for feeding a crowd with a variety of dietary requirements.
The owner got back to me very quickly and was extremely generous with the menu options they could provide on our budget. Yami promised

Super disappointed with the empanadas. They were very doughy and barely had any filling. The dip they gave us to go with it was also very oily.

Omg don’t even get me started on this place, I never know what to eat because everything looks and smells so good. Love their service and the attention to detail. Everything is a go on the menu, the smoothies/juices, arepas, rice bowls, salads, empanadas you name it

Freshly prepared food, that leaves you satisfied at every level, is how I would describe Green Bowl's fare! Any item you choose, from a smorgasbord of delightful options on their menu, will have you coming back for more. The staff is well-trained, friendly, and confidently knowledgeable of their offerings! If you want healthy eating without the clichéd cardboard taste, then The Green Bowl is definitely the spot!! I'll keep going back as often as I can.

I heard about this place on the radio and tried it out for my daughter-in-law who needs Gluten-free foods,when she comes to visit i now have a place I can take her too.
I had the Cob Salad and the Yuca Fries with Chicken.
The food came in recyclable containers and the food was delicious 👍

I had the most spectacular lunch here today. The staff is so friendly and kind. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer so safe for celiac like me. The green Juice, plantains and arepa really I’m drooling just thinking about them now. I’ll be back soon. I’ve decided to just work my way down the menu. It’s phenomenal. I feel like so many, just shocked I had not been in yet. Deff order ahead online if you’re in a rush because they are really cooking lunch for you. I had all the time today and I got to really savor a magical meal! Thank you.

Friendly and courteous staff, delicious cuisine with many organic options! Love this place. The plantain sandwiches, arepas, and açaí bowls are a MUST TRY!
