Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Derick is a true professional and gentleman. After battling with Safelite folks (multiple missed appointments and weeks of waiting for next available tech), I was recommended to Derick and Prestige by the service team at Crossroads Ford (Fuquay Varina). Derick assisted with the Insurance run-around and was able to order the correct windsheild and install it within a couple of days. Prestige has another loyal customer!
