A rock hit my windshield this morning on my way to work. Sharky's was at my office to repair the windshield by lunchtime. After the repair, which was a very quick process, you can't see the chip at all anymore. I'm very happy with my decision to use Sharky's, I highly recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair. Great value, great customer service.
Update: it’s been 6 years and the repair has held up beautifully! I can’t even tell where the chip was.

Had a Hickory nut shatter my rear window on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend. Most shops were closed or I could only get an appointment 4 or 5 days later, but Bobby made it happen same day. He was able to get the window replaced before noon and my weekend was saved.

WOW FANTASTIC. I have an old classic car so few have the knowledge how to do this installation. 1965
I had called around looking at reviews which are often not reliable as google is often a waste of time. But not on this review. I spoke to a few companies about installation, most flat out said they don't install these.
Bobby the owner was meticulous and persistent about getting it perfect with his assistant Greg. The price I felt for a classic on site install was better than great.
All in all what a pleasure to hire people who are honest excellent at what they do .

I submitted a quote request online in the morning and had a new windshield by that evening. Bobby was professional and worked quickly to replace my cracked windshield, all for less than any of the other places I contacted for a quote. The attention to detail was impressive.
No issues with the quality of the install several weeks later. Hopefully I won’t need another windshield or windshield repair, but if I do I know who I’ll call.

Unreliable. Unresponsive. Requested service with Sharky's. He wasn't sure how to do my car because it is new (2017) and has all the bells and whistles for avoidance. I researched and was told that the system would need to be calibrated at the dealer. Well might as well get it all done at the dealer I thought. Sharky's called and said that they could take care of it but wanted me to contact the dealer and get the part number "just to make sure". Did that and forwarded to Sharky's. After a rock hit my windshield on the freeway, I called up big brandname safelite to get a quote. They wanted$485. I called Sharkys next after finding some good reviews, and Bobby was much more helpful. He explained what parts he would need and that if he could help it, he'd avoid using and charging me for one of the parts, making his quote half of Safelite. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical when I showed up at his shop, but he did an absolutely fantastic job. Great reviews online, very helpful when calling for the quote. Next day scheduled for 8 am appointment, even better! I had very high hopes for my windshield replacement and was thankful that I would have the first appointment the next day. 10 am rolls around and haven't heard anything, so I call and was told someone would be at my house at 12 or 12:30.
