These guys replaced 4 windows in my vehicle (rough weekend HA) they did it at a great price. Got glass in super fast, and to replace all 4 windows was under 2 hours, if it was even much over an hour. I know the owner personally and he employs some of the best glass technicians around. Highly recommend them.

These guys were recommended to me by the Honda dealer as the best place in Raleigh to get a new windshield, and I can see why. I've used them twice now and both times they've been fantastic. The last time I filled out the request on the website on Dec 29 and I had a new windshield installed at my house before the end of the year. Super responsive, great work, friendly people that obviously care about what they are doing - and it shows.

Good experience. Prompt response for a quote on a new windshield for a 2021 accord. They also did the camera and safety system as required for insurance purposes. They worked well USAA. Quoted 2-4 hours for repair took 2.5 hours. Will use again if I need I hope I don't. This was a $1365 rock on a 6 day old car. Thank you transparency.

Excellent experience with Transparency Auto Glass worth writing a review for. They drove out over 30 minutes and replaced the cracked windshield molding on my Honda Civic. Jace was super easy to communicate with, respectful, and overall took the stress out of dealing with this car issue. It was so refreshing to be treated with such professionalism. I would definitely recommend to any of my friends in Raleigh, and I would definitely go to them again!

Great Job. My experience with Transparency replacing a ‘panoramic roof glass’ in a 2017 Honda Pilot was excellent. Jace was very accommodating with my scheduling needs, and very responsive with my questions. Transparency also offers ability to drop car off after hours, which was very convenient for my work schedule. The roof glass replacement looked like a factory install, considering the entire interior head liner had to removed to replace this glass. It promptly passed the leak test with a several inch rainfall the day after I picked it up.

My experience with Transparency Auto Glass was as smooth as it gets! Setting up a claim through my Insurance was easy and their response time was very quick. They communicated clearly when they would be in contact and came out to my house on time. This was not the first time that a pebble on the highway made a small ding that soon became a crack the length of the windshield on one of our vehicles.
