I scheduled a consultation that took about 10 days to get on the calendar. The consultant was fast and knowledgeable, but ultimately his company couldn't do any of the work. He did help me close one of my windows until I can get it replaced. The team only does repairs not replacements but they do offer referrals. I left 4 stars instead of 5 because 1. there was no work done.

My son did the most suburban thing I've ever encountered. He threw a baseball at the house and broke the window. The way my eyes rolled at the sound of my glass shattering. I didn't know what to do. I never had this experience before. I called up Larry my door and window installer and he told me to take it here. I'm glad he did. I wasn't expected to be in and out in an hour. I'd planned to spend half the day in Middle River. The Glass and Screen Hospital had other plans. I'm looking a my fresh low E glass window and daring the wind to try something. Thank you guys and keep it up!

After your home is vandalized, all the stresses in life get amplified. Fortunately we spoke to Weather Master which recommended Glass and screen hospital. Amanda answered the phone and immediately put our minds at ease with her cheerful and helpful demeanor. They scheduled a same day appointment to walk in with our window. I needed someone to do repairs ASAP as part of a sale of my home and they fit me very quickly. The job was difficult as my windows are old but they managed to do the repairs at a very reasonable price. Everyone is so nice whether its the technicians or the people scheduling and invoicing in the office! I really appreciate the professionalism as well.
