They have an amazing physical therapy and occupational therapy program. The team is truly dedicated to the well being of their clients! They have some employees that go out of their way to help you, answer questions and really try to accommodate the clients and their families! Nurses were nice. The negative, you have some employees that are simply there for their pay check and could care less about the clients or the families, or at least make you feel that way. There is no organization, after going through 4 or 5 people you may be directed to the person you need, to ask specific questions. Upon

I would not recommend for working here or putting a loved one here. They never paid employees promised COVID pay, they don’t pay correctly on paychecks. You bring up issues to management and regional management, nothing is fixed. The employees are lied to daily about multiple issues; they are owned by Tara Cares. A company that treats dedicated employees like this really could care less about the care of your loved one. It is so awful of conditions that residents actually choose to be homeless instead of live here.

My opinion is quite short as far as employment goes. I was hired and first day received a Covid vaccine, doing my part to be healthy and keeping my community healthy. I had horrible side effects and loss several days due to a fever that wouldn’t go away. I could’ve taken Tylenol and went ahead but instead called mgmt so they were aware. In the few days off they supposedly got rid of my job abs laid me off due to budget cuts. They hold some 180+ clients and no Assistant Director of Nursing. The DON and I had gone over plans to improve employee retention, work-life balance, new therapies being

Let's just start with that a family member was neglected here, apparently catching the SARS2 virus on 9/30/2020. patient was transferred to the hospital yesterday with a blood clot in their leg. I attempted to call and was ultimately hung up on by the staff. There is evidence of direct negligence. Perhaps criminal negligence on behalf of the staff and the owners.

Not happy with this place at all. I would advise everyone that has loved ones here to keep a close eye on them and listen to what your loved one says. My very very close friend was here and they treated her miserable. Put her bed on the floor. Never let her talk to anyone on the phone because they would have to hold it for her. Stole her belongings. ( Cell phones) 2 of them. The 1 she went in there with and then we bought her a new one and it's no where to be found. Sad way to treat people that can't be around there family in times like this. Only time we could talk to her is when they would send

I have worked here for a little over a year. The current management team is making positive changes in the best interests of our residents and staff. Our director of nurses has implemented policy and procedures to keep our residents happy and healthy.
Our therapy team (PT/OT/ST) have continued making strides with rehab to home. We have a restorative program to keep our residents moving.
We have stayed on top of the COVID pandemic with all hands on deck.
Positive changes continue daily.

This is by far the singularly worst facility that I have ever stayed in and would not wish this place on my worst enemy. They should lose their license and be shut down permanently.
The facility is old, run down and in need of major renovation. The meals are never on time and are definitely not diabetic friendly. Most times I had to complain loudly in order to be served at all. The patient bedding reminded me of surplus Vietnam era army cots with lumpy mattresses, pillows and thin sheets. Worse still was the constant smell of sewer gas throughout the facility.
The staff was completely useless

This nursing home is old and outdated. The nurse I spoke to had to be on drugs. I was told they don’t do preemployment or random drug screens. Is that legal?! The social service woman was pleasant but I would never wish for any human to live here. The atmosphere was urban, unprofessional and I heard staff tell a resident she could have ice cream if she was good. It sounded like a daycare. My family member is GONE. The 5 star ratings all entered at the same time are probably staff members. I wouldn’t recommend this even as a last option.

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the most disgusting rehabilitation center I’ve ever visited. The residents were dirty and the facility is old and deteriorating. Not to mention, the filth I saw on the bed side table (top and bottom) of the resident I visited. It was obvious it had not been cleaned in a very long time. She also had food on her face and gown. (She was in this state after her breakfast tray had been picked up) Secondly, there were small bags of trash on the floor of the room across the hall from the resident I visited that were just sitting there. The air quality

Hi my name is Chuck and I have to share this with anyone that is seeking a rehabilitation/nursing facility. Everyone here has been extremely helpful and generous when I ask for something they get it within a timely amount. The staff is extremely helpful and made sure that I was comfortable in the transition. All my meds have been delivered to me on time and the nurses are highly skilled. One thing I didn't expect is the food the food is wonderful here you get large proportion this and certainly full at every meal. I want to thank Riverside Nursing Rehabilitation for their kind service & Professional
