If you come here for a piercing, be prepared for an infected ear and lots of pain and suffering. This place lacks customer service and proper piercing procedures. It was a mistake to come here during this pandemic because all they did was rush us, and both my sister and I received horrible outcomes for our ear piercings. Thank God I was able to find another shop that was willing to put in the proper jewelry (even though I had to get it re-pierced for it to fit) so my ear can heal properly.
This was the most HORRIBLE SERVICE/EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED from a tattoo shop. Please do yourself

I got my first tattoo here and I loved my experience! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and he drew a sketch of it quite quickly. Not only was the artist patient with me, but he explained everything to me and explained the aftercare to me. Both artist were nice and courteous and I'm pleased with my first experience!

Went in recently and got "LA" tattooed on my finger. During the healing processes I did what I was suppose to. Didn't expose it to sun, gently washed it (when necessary), and used the proper lotion. When my tattoo began to peel at least 75% of my tattoo came off. It now looks extremely patchy and old.

I love this place!! I came here today to get a finger tattoo and I was very impressed!! Guppy did my tattoo. He was really professional and friendly. The shop is clean and a good atmosphere. The guys make you feel comfortable and are super cool. I like to support local Latino businesses and this one doesn't disappoint. These guys are talented and are fair with their pricing.

Terrible Service. I walked in wanting a tattoo on my arm and as I told the guy, he bombarded me with questions in a condescending tone and disrespectfully. I asked how much would it be to get this sentence on my arm and as I'm telling him the sentence he interrupts me saying "I don't know how do you not know the size and style", so I give him a length of my arm I want it at and he says "but you don't even know the font" and I was like can you help me with that and he says "I don't know how you want it how do you not know" in a really disrespectful

Guppie is Awesome. Big Man is awesome. Even Juan is awesome. I've gotten a couple tattoos here and the guys are cool and professional. My sis has gotten a few tatts here too, but she doesn't care for reviews. Lol! If you are thinking about getting your first tattoo or want to add more, this is your place. Parking sucks, but you can park at the MacDonalds

I got my septum pierced and...well, it came out crooked. The left side of the piercing was protruding outward. So, it looked slanted inward to my right.
I would say this may have been a mishap and I just got unlucky, or the piercer may have just messed up and didn't speak up.
Either way, I wouldn't recommend this shop for piercings. Tattoos yes.
