After calling a couple of times and then emailing - to make appointment to redeem Groupon, I received this response
" .... Unfortunately for the last month we have been in between massage therapists. Since we are uncertain as to when we will have one on board we are suggesting you call Groupon to get reimbursement for your certificates. I do apologize for the inconvenience."
I think it is fair to review on the business as a whole. It is unfair to offer services you cannot deliver.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with a bad Groupon experience here. I also emailed twice like they ask you- no response. I called and left a message, same thing. Finally I contacted Groupon and got my money credited back to my account at Groupon.
Reading the other reviews, I'm glad I did.
The whole point of a business offering a Groupon is to get you to come in to try the services so you will return for full price next time- which I have done with other Groupon deals.
I don't like to leave a bad review, but when a business does not even acknowledge you, and you have paid the rate

I went here first with a GroupOn. The massage was good for a Swedish massage but on the GroupOn it clearly said a deep tissue massage was an option, and when i called to schedule the appointment, they also said my masseuse would "definitely" be able to do deep tissue. When I get there -- the masseuse informs me no one in their office can perform that "type of massage."
Again - was good for a Swedish massage but wasn't what I was looking for and would have been nice if they had been straight up about it.

So far my experience hasn't been good with this spa. I bought a Groupon and have been trying to schedule an appointment since last Thursday, and no one responds. I've emailed TWICE according to the instructions on my Groupon, no luck. Tried calling the spa yesterday and left a message, no luck. I want my money back! There are plenty of other spas out there that are interested in new customers!!

I went to this place thanks to Groupon. I got what I thought was a great deal for two 1 hour massages, booked appointments for me and the hubby. Mine was at 11 am with some chick who's name started with a Y or something. I got there at 10:50, and there was paperwork involved! I finished it quickly, and started watching the time. I was escorted back to the room at 11:03 (mind you, I was not late!) I laid there for a while, and finally the lady came in. Maybe 5 or 6 minutes after.. lets say at 11:10 she started. I looked on my phone when she was gone, and it was 11:51. What happened? I thought

So far I've only been a client of Jenny's, but she is worth writing a review for this venue. I have never received so many compliments on my eyebrows until I had her start waxing/shaping them. It's worth not plucking! I also receive facials and microdermabrasion from her on a somewhat regular basis. Recently I've been getting compliments on my skin, too! The products she uses are great and keeping up with the skin care routine is easy!! Call her for an appt. You won't regret it. THANKS JENNY!!

My girl Jenny, the Esthetcian at Radiance Day Spa, is THE BEST. She just changed location, used to by with another spa, but thank god she left that awful ,caddy place (names not included) and is now with Radiance Day Spa. Great part of San Carlos, ample parking for sure. It's a quiet and clean and perfect for me. I have been going to Jenny for, jeez, coming on 3 years now and not only does she do my waxing all over my body :-) incredible well, she's turned into a great friend of mine. Wouldn't have my waxing done by ANYONE else.
Fairly priced too! Two thumbs up Radiance!

Did you know that J.Lo pays up to $25,000.00 just to have her "brows waxed" ? Girl friend needs to get a grip. Lets all hope that she doesn't find out about Reina @ Radiance Day Spa, she would put her on the payroll instantly. Reina does a beautiful job she is consistent and complete with her work. I receive compliments EVERYDAY on my eyebrows. I also receive Micro- dermabrasion Facials which is a must for any one over 35. LOVE HER!!!!
