I love this place! My husband comes here for massages, and I come for facials. I have super sensitive red head skin, so I have high standards for facials. Carol is the only one I've been to in the Bay Area where I come out less pink than when I go in =). My husband is quite happy with the massages as well. I wish I could get here more often, but life is so busy.

I would give it no star if I could. I bought a voucher from Groupon and tried to call them millions of times in two days for appointment, but no one answered the phone.
Then I went to the shop and made an appointment. But when I went to the shop at the appointment time, the shop was closed; someone called me an hour later and told my wife that they already sent us email about changing the appointment to 10 am, but they are lying, I haven't seen any email from them.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with Groupon merchants. The five star or four star reviews are probably from themselves

I've been to Le Soma Clinique a couple times and keep returning. It's a small establishment that gives great facials and massages. Getting a massage from Carol is absolute heaven. I try so hard not to fall asleep so I can enjoy and remember the massage... but its so relaxing that I catch myself snoring!! They are always offering deals so I try to pick one up every so often just to get my pampering in. Try them out. They are great!!!

I've been hesitant to write this review. My first impressions were disappointing. I went there twice but only got one massage because of an administrative mix-up. I didn't check the reminder email that was sent to me until it was too late. Instead of a massage I was scheduled for, they had me down for a body wrap. I thought it was a mistake in the email, but there was no masseuse on site at the time. Inside, there was another lady who was also waiting for her massage. The poor girl at the desk was just as confused as the rest of us since their scheduling system was down that morning
