Giving them a zero out of five stars. Clearly they don't want any buisness. So rude! They used to have an amazing dentist, young white woman (unfortunately forgot her name), who I totally regret following. The Russian couple that took over all the clientele are running this place to the ground. The husband who runs the front desk and answers the phone needs to find himself behind a computer, working alone, and stay away from any customer service positions! He is so rude and makes you feel very unwelcomed. Noone ever enjoys going to the dentist as it is and then to have to encounter this angry

I HIGHLY advise against anyone ever going here! I WISH YOU COULD GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS. Went earlier today so they could drill out a tooth and put a filling in, But she wasn't sure it would work because it was a very bad cavity that was touching the nerve. Fast forward to now I'm in EXTREME pain it's clear they should have referred me out to have the tooth pulled and shouldn't have touched it(They probably just wanted to get paid)I called them to tell them I'm in extreme pain and they said to make it there before 5 to pick up a referal for an oral surgeon. NO help

This Dentist was my Dentist for several years.
She consistently showed a sense of entitlement.
I was told by her I had a cavity when it did not show on the X ray !
I scheduled an appointment for the cavity' on this day she had not arrived at the scheduled time I waited 45 minutes then left.I got a new dentist because of her demeanor. My new dentist said he could see I had a small cavity but he did not want to ruin the tooth .

I got a Groupon for Zoom teeth whitening with dental cleaning. The place looked like the one of those that only serves Medicaid patients. The receptionist was very nice but these ladies were on the personal phone calls for the entire time I was in the waiting room. One of them was talking loudly about her issues with her child's day care...

Dr. Elana and her staff are great. I had a horrible toothache and had it fixed , it was painless and actually a good time, Dr. Elana has a great sense of humor and had me laughing a bunch of times. What blew me away was the phone call i got after my root canal to see how i was doing . I highly recommend them

Dr. Elena is great professional and very friendly person. She took a lot of time to talk to me, to calmed my nerves and make me comfortable with the anesthesia. I'm usually scared of going to a dentist, because I had very bad experience in my past. But Dr. Elena extracted one of my teeth absolutely painless. High quality work! Her office Aleris Dental has a great location in the heart of Salem. Highly recommended!

Aleris is an okay dentistry. I was a patient for about two years. They switch dentists very very often. Too much for my liking. I had to get a lot of work done here and completed most of it. The dental assistants i've had have always been exceptional. They are in the middle of downtown so they tend to be very busy. Sometimes they lack professionalism.

No option to put zero stars, so I'm going with the 1 star. Don't go here, my Mother had to pull a molar and the Dentist ended up pulling the WRONG TOOTH. Then she had to go back and pull a the correct one. I found out much later that the procedure was not done correctly, because if I would have known sooner I would have made sure they heard a thing or two from myself, as well as taken legal action. As a result, my Mother has to use partials for the rest of her life. Granted, taking care of your teeth is key, however if she was just missing the 1 tooth, she wouldn't need to use the

After my last review, I started receiving phone calls from a Salem number I didn't know, so I didn't answer. Eventually they left a voicemail. It was this place. They wanted to talk to me about my review I left here on Yelp. Can you freakin' believe it? They must be taking hits off the nitrous oxide if they think I want to talk to them for any reason.

Bought a groupon for a zoom cleaning. The dental assistant (Jessica?) could not have been more helpful. She gave me all kinds of tips on what stains teeth, brushing, future dental cleanings, etc. Bought her recommended electric toothbrush and I love it-can't believe I lived without one. Don't know about the dental-saw some people at the desk -frustrated that they could not get such-and-such work done with lots of colorful language..hmmm. My experience was perfect. She took great care of me and explained everything-which I love.
