Natalie Bluestein did a guardianship case for us with our grandson. She did a wonderful job for us. We wanted to add our grandson to our insurance and time was critical. Unfortunately I can't rate them any lower, or judge them on their mediation service. I was referred to Bluestein and Douglas through court ordered mediation in my request for child support modification. Mary Ann is the only one I have spoken with. At first she seemed helpful, and was prompt in getting a date for the Mediation. She called me and suggested September 11 as the day. I agreed and asked what I needed to do, and she replied, " Nothing, I'll contact you if anything changes." Fast forward to September 6, and hurricane Irma is heading our way so I call to reschedule, only find out she had
