We practice in the Family Court of South Carolina, primarily in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties. Our attorneys are prepared to use negotiation, mediation, and any other common-sense method to help you resolve your Family Court issue professionally and appropriately. At your initial consultation, we will make an action plan with you that best fits your situation and style, and help you see your plan through to resolution.
Across South Carolina, mediation is required for all family law issues, and in most situations, mediation can be more cost-effective and less contentious than resolving the matter in court. Our partner, Colleen Condon, is an experienced, certified mediator in family court and works with parties to mediate their family law issues.
