We moved into these apts in December 2021, still currently living here until April 2022.
We have had nothing but issues since we've moved in. January of 2021, i was verbally harassed by Nyoka with no disciplinary actions done for MONTHS after finding out this has happened to other residents. Our appliances have been loud & noisy, it’s a hit or miss, our weather stripping on the front door doesn't keep any cold or hot air out &nwe just found out this morning our pipe under our sink has been BROKEN THE WHOLE TIME we have lived here.
It's currently a Sunday, the office is closed & we have fire

My daughter is a new tenant at the Anatole at the Pines. I am extremely comfortable with the security and the safety of the property that she lives in. I really enjoy the front entry and it is always clean and the ladies at the front concierge are so helpful and friendly. Paula has been very helpful with the move in process. The pool and workout space is fabulous!

My girlfriend and I moved here this past June and we couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve never felt more comfortable living in apartment than I do now. The ladies who work in the office are very nice and helpful and have made sure to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. I highly recommend living here!!

From the street level it looks nice, but that quickly dissipates once you get in and see some very troubling things. The first indication for us was the first day we moved in and could not gain entry in to our unit. Seems a power outage tripped the Garage GFI circuit and someone locked the deadbolt causing the maintenance people to have to use a crow bar to gain entry in to the unit as the deadbolt does not allow entry with a key. They made some shoddy repairs to the door with a tube of Loctite verses replacing wood that was damaged during their entry attempt.

"I visit this apartment complex quite frequently to visit my best friend . I would have to say , it’s a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful .and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool is the best one around and I love the convenience of the elevators.
