Dr. Joyce Chang, M.D. comes to our practice with nearly 15 years of clinical experience in family practice. Dr. Chang attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Chang completed her family medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
While in Wisconsin, Dr. Chang was trained in full spectrum family medicine including preventative health, adult medicine, women's health, adolescent medicine, community medicine, and skin disorders.Dr. Chang offers care from young children to the elderly and is well trained in all areas of general medicine.

Your co-pay or deductible is determined by your insurance plan and benefits. At the time of your visit, our staff will be happy to assist you with determining your insurance eligibility. If your insurance is not listed above we will be happy to provide assistance for submission to your insurance for reimbursement per your plan.

Worst experience I have ever had, three of my p.a.doctors quit because of over booking, they were so nice, but Dr Chang ,as I was told by one of them , just doesn't care about them, they hury up and get you in a room, and I was literally in there for two hours, multiple times, finally had enough of that slave driver.,, will never go back and you shouldn't either.. worst place ever..

The ladies handling the front office on Craig are friendly and thorough. The Nurse Practitioner does not listen and because she did not give complete follow up information to her back office for one of the two referrals needed, the doctors office wants me to make another appointment pay another co-pay to get the Referral they did not request on the first visit. The one referral the Nurse Practitioner did give her back office has not be completed it is now over a week. The offices solution is for me to come onsite to get the referral in person. This was my first visit to this office to establish

Disappointed in their lack of organization! Why make an appointment at this point.
My appointment was set for 1:15pm and I arrived 15 minutes early as requested.
It’s after 2pm and I have yet to be seen. Do they think peoples time doesn’t matter? I have a newborn at home and I don’t have hours to sit here waiting for whenever you feel like helping.
They don’t look busy to me 🤷🏻♀️
UPDATE 2:30pm I’m in the room and still haven’t been seen
I’ve been here over an hour now and I can hear them talking and laughing with each other through the paper thin walls.

Senialita is the best! I am recently a new patient at this clinic in order to stay with Senia. I refuse to see anyone else. She worked with me in making a game plan for my health concerns and answered any questions. Overall the office is clean and the staff was super friendly. My referrals were done quickly without issue. Wait time to me was not bad at all(speaking as a medical worker). Will be bringing my daughter there to see Senia in the near future! Love her

Appt was at 9:45, still in waiting at 11:17. Not busy. Also, didnt know I had a bill, then they sent to collections. Only found out when my express scripts said they couldn't get a hold of dr for refill. So came into office and was told couldn't make appt till pd. I have an insurance health card, and could pay it at time of visit if knew. So paid bill, came back to schedule and they didn't show it was paid. The girl mad an appt anyways and said she call to verify. I show up, check in, was asked if I pd the bill. Stated yes and the girl who made appt was to call them to verify. The girl said, well

If I could give a zero I would. The best doctor was Ethel. She is smart and listens to your needs but unfortunately my insurance doesn’t accept her and it took a few visits for the company to actually tell me that. Meanwhile I had all this work done and I’m getting stuck with a payment. I have call the office numerous of times to get this fix because my insurance did cover my work, just the process was done incorrectly. What I was responsible for was calling the office and letting them know they have to resubmit a form. I spoke to everyone and they all said they will get it fixed. Surprise

I thought to myself, sometimes a place is rated poor because they didn’t like a certain person or were having a bad day? Turns out this isn’t a myth, this place was ridiculously unprofessional! The office staff woman was confused why I showed up to a scheduled appointment I had with their facility and according to her records there wasn’t anything set up for today under my name until 2 following weeks, when I explained to her that this very same office called me yesterday morning to follow up my scheduled appointment for Tomorrow morning (which was today and punctual arrival) and to top it
