DJ's Lawn Sprinklers offers all of their customers an Annual Service Agreement which includes all necessary annual lawn irrigation maintenance. This agreement not only saves our customers money on their spring turn on/fall blowout but it also provides you with a discount on any service you may need throughout the summer months.

The text messaging and email notication systems are a great addition. However, I prefered the phone call letting me know that the crew is on their way. I work full-time 20 minutes from my home and I live alone. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I haven't had problems until technology advanced and took over. Fair warning to customers. IF you are NOT home or are within 5 minutes of your home after receiving the text message or email, the crew will NOT wait for you to arrive. The company charges you $60 for a "No Show Fee"; which must be paid or your account is turned over to collections. The

Extremely busy service and hard to get a hold of someone. The technicians are allowed to do up to 150 $ worth of repairs without a preapproval and send you a bill with labor costs and repairs. When asked where were the exact repairs/ replacement done I was told we are too busy to mark that, so basically just take our word for it. How is one meant to pay for a service where you wonder if it was performed at all.

After 22 years in our house, we finally decided to buy an irrigation system! The company's owner came himself to give us our quote. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and company. The quote for the cost of our sprinklers was very competitive. I am a general contractor and work with many subcontractors. This company was a complete pleasure to work with. The installers were professional, very quick, and meticulous. There was minimal to no damage to our existing lawn after the installation. Extremely bad. poor communication. I have been with them for more than 20 years. This year is the worst. Missed broken heads with water running day and night and I could not get hold of the tech. I only could talk to the scheduler who can not answer or solve any issue. They could not even tell me when the sprinkler system suppose to work because I do not see it working since they turn it on. I think they are getting too busy to provide a good customer service. I will definitely find another company next year.

Charged us for several trips last summer while our house was under construction and did no work. Refused a credit although we had been customers for many years at both our home and business. The new company we hired said our system at the office had not been working properly for many years even thought we paid DJs to maintain it.

Ongoing awful experience! Linda in the front office takes customer service as a vague suggestion. My parents have been loyal to DJ's for 10 years. Ending today. The last 3 years have always been multiple calls & negotiations to get services scheduled. Services we used annually were spring sprinkler start up & winterization. This year DJ's/ Linda stated we could not even get on the books because a contract was not signed & upfront payment was not provided. I stated I could fix it & the reason the contract was not signed was due to the passing of my Dad. He's not checking emails anymore. Linda proudly

These guys did a service for the home builder from before we moved in and have now harassed me 3 times for payment, even after I explained that I did not own the home at the time of the service. I even offered to send along our closing docs so she could prove to the home builders that we were not the ones that authorized the service. The woman had the gall to tell me it was my problem and that I should call the homebuilders! Right after which she asked if I wanted winterization services. Would never use them!
