Hello my name is Ben Hoffman, the founder and owner of Raincraft Irrigation LLC. I have worked in the irrigation industry for 20+ years and truly enjoy it. My experience includes being part of an installation crew, a construction foreman and a service technician, so I truly understand all aspects of the sprinkler system function.
Raincraft Irrigation provides exceptional services for residential and commercial landscape sprinkler systems. With 20+ years experience in the irrigation industry I have the skills and expertise to satisfy all of your sprinkler system requirements; annual maintenance, repairs for all brands, renovation / additions, system auditing and limited new construction installation services.
A home with an automatic irrigation system may use 50% more water outdoors then one without. Run off from an inefficient or poorly working system can contaminate streams, lakes and ground water. It is our responsibility to practice smart water use and water conservation to protect this precious resource.
Consults and Estimates are always FREE! My goal is to be straightforward and transparent with the cost of all of our services. Raincraft Irrigation primarily bills the customer based on Time & Materials. Our hourly rate is $80.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. After one hour, you will be billed in 15 minute increments.
All of your service request(s) will be handled by me and I will be accountable for all the details and scheduling. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so the services we provide you with will be customized to your needs, expectations and schedule. Having this seamless communication and continuity between company and customer will aid us in providing you with exceptional service which is exactly what we strive for.

I called for an irrigation need that wasn’t handled by Raincraft. They were very friendly and pointed me to the right direction. I rather would’ve seen that first and stop reading about your company and what you have done before placing a call for a quote request. As you informed me, you are a one man company. 10 out of 10. Ben and his team did a phenomenal job installing our irrigation system. Our landscaping project was moved up about a month and Ben was very accommodating to reschedule the install. Post install he's made several trips back to make minor adjustments and make sure we were happy with the final product. Highly recommend!

5 stars is not enough. I got lucky and came across him through a referral. The most stand-up, reliable and knowledgeable contractor I have ever worked with. I had no idea there was so much to our underground sprinkler system. He took the time to explain everything to me, what needed to be modified to optimize the system and showed me how to adjust the system to optimize water consumption. He also exposed some issues with our system that could pose serious problems and took care of them for me. I can't recommend him highly enough.
