Josh and his team were terrific to work with to install a new irrigation system at our house (new construction). Josh walked through the plan before starting, making sure to ask about what future changes we might be making to the landscaping so he could lay the system out with the best chance of not having to make major changes in the future. The install went smoothly and everyone on his team was great. Highly recommend them.

I had an appointment for a new install.. Which was confirmed the day before. This is a new construction so I needed to drive a bit to get to the site. Ten minutes prior to the appointment I was called and said we needed to reschedule because traffic was bad. I said I could wait and was told I could wait. After waiting over an hour I was then told they couldn't make it. Here's a tip.. If you can't make it after confirming the day before, Make the appointment! Why should I believe you'll have good customer service after I purchase if this is the first impression.

I was installing a new lawn at my house this fall and after talking to people, most wished they has installed an irrigation system for watering. I had used The Sprinker Guys at my last house (for an already established lawn), and with the service and support i received make this an easy decision. They are a nice family run operation and have been in business for over 10 years. The did a fantastic job. They even installed a few special heads for my kids to play in when its hot outside. I had one issue after seeding, in which a few heads broke by the seeding machine (my fault), and they came back

The Sprinkler Guys have a great reputation for installing underground sprinkler systems as well as using hydro seeding. They are great at maintaining your existing systems and getting them winterized in the fall and turning them on in the spring. I would recommend calling them if you ever are in the market for new lawn options as well as keeping those lawns green.

I've never been more disappointed in a service. Not only was the service expensive but the person who came on site was rude, confontational and said he didn't care that I wasn't satisfied. The system was turned on with the intake pipe in the sand causing sand problems all summer. The pump was not put together properly- also causing problems that had to be fixed. Be very careful working with this company.
