Services
Note: If you are wanting to become a new patient with our office, please call us at (530) 893-4044. After scheduling an appointment, you will be able to complete your child's registration forms by clicking "Register" under "New Patients". Our office requests completion of the registration forms at least 5 days prior to your child's scheduled appointment.
Begin by gently and thoroughly cleaning the sore tooth and surrounding tissues with a wipe or soft toothbrush. Warm water rinse and flossing may help displace any food lodged in between the teeth. In the event of facial swelling, apply a cold compress to the area. For temporary pain relief, acetaminophen or ibuprofen is recommended.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
For an infant, a damp washcloth or a small wipe containing xylitol can be used to clean the gum tissue. This will also allow the child to become accustomed to the daily regimen. Once the child has teeth, a small, soft-bristled toothbrush with either water or fluoride-free toothpaste can be used at least once a day to gently brush the teeth.

The dentist is actually a nice dentist but the receptionist area is not helpful at all! We went in for an appointment that we had and was told we could not contact you so we gave away your appointment. What?!! No one had contacted me or my husband and we told the receptionist that and she proceeded to tell us again that well we called and texted but got no answer and then said you should talk to your service provider about that. She then said I have an appointment at 3 you can come back to and we said we would be busy and she proceeded to get annoyed and tried to pry into what we would be doing

Dr Roos is amazing. He's great with kids & when my youngest son needed oral surgery with anesthesia, i had lots of concerns. Every t was crossed, and every i was dotted. My son received top notch care and I continue to take him to this office because they are thorough and professional to a degree that is rarely seen. I highly recommend them.

The dentists here are absolutely awesome.......but the office staff and billing department leave much to be desired. They do not tell you up front that billing your insurance is a “courtesy” they do. If they do this “courtesy” wrong you owe the whole balance. A simple cleaning on a 3 year old was charged $400. Lucky for me I am a medical biller and have been able to fight them. They did attempt to turn me into a collection agency until I had to call them out on their unethical and flat out ignorant billing practices. Needless to say the bill will be submitted to insurance and taken off

All four of my children were well taken care of by Dr. Roos. It is sad enough when children grow up, but even sadder when they are too old to see Dr. "Rooster" anymore. I have one child still seeing him for a couple more years.
He is amazing with kids and parents. We all love him as a dentist and I would strongly recommend taking your children to him.
