We were very interested in a home to purchase. Received no call backs only to find out the house was under contract the same day it was listed. I understand the housing market is crazy fast right now, but don't lie about the house not being shown, and another employee stating a person saw the home over the weekend and made an offer. Liars are what seem to be a growing issue in the Walton/Okaloosa country area. I was told this realtor office was an upstanding business, sad its wrong information.
