Charlie is amazing. He showed me many many properties over 3 yrs until I found the right one. He didnt pressure me into buying something I didn't want and was super patient. He goes way out of his way to help someone. Not only did I buy through him but i referred a friend and charlie sold his house and got him into another one with in 6 mo.
