This is one of those places for me that I don’t want to brag about so that I can ensure there is always a spot for us but the word is already out that this place is great because it is always packed. Few places on the coast like this park where you don’t have to cross the highway to access the beach. The place is kept immaculate by the gentlemen in golf carts that do a great job and are friendly and helpful. Even though the spots are so close together we have never had an issue with rambunctious neighbors over the years we have stayed. The RV park is quite and perfect for an ocean getaway.

Hearing the new owners are charging more even if you already paid in advance. We’ve stayed here previously but won’t be back. It was trashy as well and more of a trailer park.

Spent the first weekend of November 2021 at the Oregon Coast. You never know what you are going to get at the beach in November. We lucked out and had 50% good weather. We stayed at Sea and Sand RV Park. They have two sides a Forest side and a Ocean side. We prefer the ocean side as it sits right above the beach. If you are lucky enough to get a ocean front spot you will enjoy your stay no matter what the weather is. The sites are gravel but relatively flat. They have internet, cable and full hook up sites. They strictly in force a 40 foot maximum rig. The grounds people are super friendly. The

Beautiful place to camp. When we arrived we asked it there were any sites with an ocean view but were told they book out a year in advance. We took one of the forest sites. It was a short walk to the beach. When the people pulled in next to us, they told us they were told they would be able to move to an ocean view site the next day.
We went back to the office and checked with a different person, who looked and found us a spot to move to the next day. It rained but we had a great view and were able to take the dogs for walks, on the beach, when the rain let up. Nice laundry room and clean showers

I had a wonderful experience staying here. I stayed alone with my small dog in my 20-year-old motorhome. The park hosts were so attentive and the park is very quiet at night - all you hear is the beautiful roar of the ocean. I had a back-in spot but pulled in forward so I could see the ocean. The park hosts even lent me an extension hose so I could hook up that way and not miss the view! The laundry facilities and bathrooms were pristine. The whole park is very well maintained and easy to navigate (even in my 36 ft rig). This place is a gem.

This is an amazing place, not for parties or people who don't like or follow rules. The views from the ocean view sites are all incredible. The beach is beautiful and dog friendly. It is very clean and the staff are super hospitable. Go if you can but hard to get reservations.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and facilities. Staff was very helpful and friendly! The spaces were set up perfectly for all different types of RV's. Their proximity and access to the beach was amazing! I'll definitely be back!

So happy I found this place!
This was one of my first times at a RV Park so didn't know what to expect. After reading reviews, I was nervous about, "the rules," so many elude to negatively in their reviews but after reading them, they are all straight forward and reasonable. My experience with staff has been extremely positive as well - they have all been helpful and friendly.
It's interesting to note that while the sites are close, people seem to respect your space here more than they do at state or federal campground. As a dog owner, I appreciate this.
If you're lucky enough to snag a beach

I loved everything about Sea and Sand. They are very nice people. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped in the office. The campground is located by the ocean some spots are very on the sand. Our spot was by the office meaning a little way from the beach however, the path to get there is adorable we even saw some bunnies playing on the grass.

Well maintained RV park right on the beach. They have a few beach front rows else you're camping in the forest and it's a short walk down to the beach. If you are lucky enough to get a beach front spot you have the most epic view right out your front window. Forest campers can have fire, beach front spots cannot. Spots are pretty close but still feel pretty private. The reason you came here is the beach and it delivers all the sand and cold Pacific you can handle. We come back every year and are never disappointed.

Positive: easy access to beach ( although walkway smells like sewage), clean, true full hook-ups
Negative: High cost low value, Lots of rules and restrictions not available to view before checking in says they are pet friendly, but they are not, charge for visitors even if only there for less than 30 minutes, no space heater, no personal flare, and other random), rude staff, not family friendly (seems to cater to retirees), low grade internet, and entry in and out restrictions on 101.

Sea and Sand just turned out to be an expensive place to sleep. We wouldn't fit into the space we rented
