Shannon was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with me during the buying process of my home. She texted me daily to check in on me and to see if I needed anything. Shannon also sent me reminders to do certain things or sign documents. She has been a blessing during this stressful time of my life. Shannon did an outstanding job in helping me find my home. she was able to get me any info that i wanted about any properties that i was interested in and was able to schedule the showings pretty much as soon i wanted to see them. We have moved several times and Shannon Steenburg outshines any realtor I have ever worked with. Very relational and genuine. Straight forward about what needs to be done. Proactive in attracting interested buyers and dealing with lenders, agents, etc. When I asked what was currently available in our price range in the neighborhood we were interested in, she mentioned several immediately. I later fact checked. Shannon knew her stuff. As busy as she was, she communicated with us more clearly and more often than any other professional we ever worked with. She was aggressive (and kind) in negotiating the contracts for us. We got a much better deal than we had thought possible!
