Very helpful. I ran out of my contacts and I ordered contacts with them and they came in 2 days later. Super impressive!!

Trisha was very polite and helpful. I didn't know what my vision insurance was so she helped me with that. Dr. was very thorough with the exam after I got glasses with Natalia who was very knowledgeable with my insurance and made sure I'd get the best bang for my buck. I would recommend them to others.

I called and made an appointment for the DR. Nuccio. I spoke with Trisha she was very snippy and not friendly at all. I asked a couple of questions and she was very rude. I love the Drs. there but..... they need to replace her or they are gonna loose business!!!!

Came at 2:30pm and waited over 15 mins to get someone to answer the door to pick up my prescription. VERY unwelcoming atmosphere at this office and rude front desk. Would not recommend.

I am so happy I went to this optometrist instead of others in the area. From start to finish it was a quick and easy process. I have never walked away from an eye exam with more comfort and confidence in my new prescription and the best way to care for my eyes!

I imagine this office has such a low rating because of all the angry, cheap, and unreasonably demanding groupon customers who expect to just be given whatever they want, for whatever price they want, and just can't handle being told no.
I have been coming here for years and every staff member has always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind to me. I will probably be coming here for as long as I possibly can. I cannot recommend them enough 👍

Told Natalia you don't have really good reviews she started laughing. Groupon deal might be cheap, but the service.. you get what you pay for . Not coming back

Politely told Natalia i guess this is my last time coming there , she didn’t have a problem ( why would you ) . Tricia didn’t seem happy with her job , got an eye exam and glasses , never got a summary of it ( i was supposed to ask for it ) , got just the receipt , because $ and transaction is more important than the eye exam itself . Sure , asking now to ship it with the glasses , i have to go in person and get it. Disappointed Nuccio Optometrists . Not coming back, not going to recommend you.

I decided to take advantage of the Groupon offer at Nuccio Optometrists and couldn't be happier! Everyone was professional, friendly & very helpful! I definitely recommend using Dr. Nuccio!

I have been coming to Dr Nuccio since 1999 - 20 years! I move all over the US for my work, but I always fly back to see Dr Nuccio--he is the only one I trust with my eyesight. I have bad astigmatism and therefore hard to fit for contact lenses. When everyone else said my eyes are too bad for contacts, Dr Nuccio has been fitting me perfectly for 20 years. Prices are fair and he also has a great sense of humor! I highly recommend.

I went in for an eye exam for the first time in 10+ years. I didn't have to wait and they took me on time. I was happy with the front desk service and my exam with Dr.B. It was nice to see that they had a Groupon for the eye exam. It enticed me to come in sooner than I would have to get my eyes checked.

I have been coming here with my two boy's and was always well taken care of. They care about your experience and take the time to do a proper eye exam and they have a wonderful staff who are very helpful and will make sure you have what you need! Both doctors have a great way of connecting with their patients, and they have a great attitude! I also was so thankful when Dr. Nuccio was there for me when I had a bad eye infection! He left an event from the city of Chicago to meet my family and I after office hours, and took care of my left eye, that is when I also knew he was a doctor that is

I was a new patient last year. I have a new insurance this year. When I called to make an appointment, they claimed they never heard of the insurance (it is one of the largest insurance carriers aside from BCBS). After researching with the carrier (VSP), I determined that Nuccio does accept that insurance. Not only were they ignorant of the insurance they accept, they were ignorant and rude to me on the phone. Also, last year, Nuccio's wife insisted on staring at me while I tried on my contacts. I agree with the customer that said they are crooks. Over priced and thoughtless. Told to come back 4 times for follow ups and were charged each time. Money hungry idiots. They deserve negative stars.

I went to see Dr. Nuccio after not having been to an optometrist in more than 2 years. He did a great job of examining my eyes and determining which lenses I needed. My son was also examined and Dr. Nuccio did a great job with him as well. I purchased a set of new lenses for my existing frames, and also a second pair for computer work. I'm quite happy with both sets of glasses.

Love Dr. Nuccio!! I've been going to him for 20+ years and he is the best. I've tried to save a buck by going else where but I always find myself coming back here. They might be a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. You can take your prescription elsewhere to get glasses if you want but I believe contacts must be purchased from them.

Would not approve online order for contacts after a bill of $330 for an eye exam was complete. DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS!!!!!!! Overpriced services and does not follow through with their part of the deal. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would.
