I still live here but am looking to leave.
The first time I lived here was in apartment 2041. My neighbor downstairs was a 22 year old partier. I contacted security and nothing ever happened. It wasn’t until an incident with security (where I was falsely accused of a wrongdoing and this guy threatened me and my wife so that I called the cops on him) that I was told to call the cops if I have anymore noise complaints. Eventuality, I went to my property manager and he was able to get the neighbor to leave. This was after multiple calls about the same person.

I just moved out of this community but I really enjoyed the time I lived here. The community is safe, maintained, clean and nice looking. Everyone was nice and the pool and front area is beautiful. It was my first time living by myself in a one bedroom apartment and it was great. I was super close to the grocery store as well. The unit was clean and quiet. Had nice closet space and a washer and dryer. I loved my balcony as well. Had a great experience living here !

This used to be a really nice place to live I don't know if it is or not any more the reason we moved was because at the time the management was awful. There were very loud tenants. There were people that were not following the rules of the HOA, and just odd things going on there at night. The first couple years we were there it was very nice but I could see it change over time and the management changed quite often. Nice Apartments interesting shape covered parking. There is a grocery store in a few other things within walking distance which is always nice.

I've been a visitor since my wife got an apartment there for last1 month, The service requests we're continuously ignored and been closed before the work is being done or even I don't know they looked at the issue . We are not given with privilege to call and complain also. Only if there is any issue with us like plants in patio, we are getting corrective action mail. But no response to our maintenance issues. Worst part is no fans in bedrooms and AC is not chilling since there is drop in outside temperature during early morning hours. So finally I bought fans myself.
