I’ve found Irvine Park to be a really comfortable place to live. Neighbors are friendly. Everything outside is kept very clean. It’s a gated community too which I like. Parking can be an issue but that’s not a unique problem to this complex. The landlady, Terry, is very good at communicating which I found refreshing to say the least. I had an issue with my heater and she responded immediately to schedule a time to fix it. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the place during my time here. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to live in the south Scottsdale area.

This place is the armpit of Scottsdale. Terry the property manager is very cold and unapproachable. She and the live onsite maintenance man Jeff are in everyone's business gossiping and talking about the tenants. The apartment walls are extremely thin. You can hear the neighbors snore like they are right next to you. On about a biweekly basis, you may get lucky to hear the neighbor scream vulgarities at the top of his lungs to his girlfriend while he is breaking things screaming and doing whatever he does to intimidate her. Guest parking is horrible. It has a total of about 17

I absolutely love living here!! Mrs. Terry- office and Mr Jeff-maintenance are awesome, they attend to all your needs, beyond any linving situations outside the complex. I have been assisted with preparing letters to helping me tie a tie for my son on his graduation day 5-30-2019. Thx y'all for all y'all do in the community. Monica Bohannon

I moved in these apartments August 1st of this year and could not be happier. Love the layout of the 2 bedroom. Terry is a wonderful person to deal with and if I have any issue which are very small issues she takes care of things right away. Jeff the maintenance man is so friendly and helpful. This is a great place to live👍
