I was so impressed with the technician Lucas Padilla . He was extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He was very thorough and took a lot of pictures to help him in his diagnosis. He took the time to explain to me in detail the problem and was very courteous.

Lucas was on time, knowledgeable and super efficient! Our refrigerator needed repair and he quickly was able to diagnose the issue, get it fixed up and was in and out in less than an hour. If we have any more home repair needs we are calling Mardey's for sure.

I called set up appointment explained this repair is for office refrigerators which have not been used since last year. I work from home and am about 30 minute drive to office and was told not to worry I'll get a text 30 minutes prior to technician arrival. I had appointment today 1-5. I called about 2:50 asked if they could tell me approximate arrival time I had a 3:00 zoom meeting and again said I'm about 30 minutes from the office. I received a text ..left ..got to the office to find out tech had arrived and left ! I was so upset! After I called again today to say again it takes me

Update: appreciate the response, and adjusted the rate accordingly.

Technician missed the 4 hour time block, and when he arrived he looked at the model and I told him the issue, was there for about 3 minutes as I had already taken the back off to view the compressor. Told me it was the compressor, didn't do any tests other than internal temperature. Whole visit was less than 5 minutes, and cost me $79. Understand that they need to make money for the drive out, but seems steep and was already local. Could have payed a fee to diagnose over the phone for that price, seems like a

Mardey's arranged for a tech to look at my washer for the day after I called. They did what they said they were going to do. The tech was straight forward, gave me my options with no pressure, and was thorough as he could be. I think we have decided to just replace the washer instead of repairing it but I really appreciated the quick and thorough service.

I recently had an issue with my washing machine where the door wouldn't lock and as a result, I wasn't able to run the machine (kept giving me a DL or "door lock" error). I've never had issues with appliances before... so naturally, I had no idea who to call. I did a quick google search and found Mardey's. They sent out Darius and he quickly figured out the issue and promptly fixed the machine. The price was fair (far better then buying a new machine) and, again, Darius communicated when he would be there, what he was doing and gave me a great price prior to fixing

Vinny is an excellent and honest technician. He diagnosed the problem that I was having with my washing machine right away. He determined that it would much more cost effective to buy a new washer than repair the original due to the parts and labor involved. He even recommended a few places and reminded me that it's a holiday weekend so I could get a good deal. He could have easily swayed me to do a repair, but he was honest, transparent and upfront. I sent in a request online and someone called me back almost immediately. I describe the problem I was having and someone came out the next day to diagnose the issue. The technician was so friendly and professional and immediately figured out what was wrong and got the part ordered. Last minute I need to add on an additional service and they did that without any problems. Both reasons for the visit were taken care of and I could not have been happier. They offer morning and afternoon appointments and they'll send a text message when they are on the way so you know to be home to let them in
