I called Daniel with an issue on my refrigerator. He was very nice and approachable in the phone. He gave me some honest recommendations about our circumstance (we bought the home and the refrigerator came with the package) the potential issue, how much it would cost, the consideration of buying something new vs fixing, if indeed the problem was as suspected (the compressor). At the end of the day I was lucky enough to get a new one (it is hard these days to get electronics as there is short stock and many times one has to wait months), so I did not use Daniel services, but reading the reviews

Had a foodies worst nightmare.
Refrigerator stopped cooling & all my gourmet ingredients, organic fruits ethnic condiments & prime cuts of meats in serious peril.
This was a 911 emergency.
Repair needed ASAP.
Contacted LG for help, they couldn't get any tech out for a week. Not much help in that dept, but they did give me a few names of authorized appliance repairman.
Daden appliance was one of the 3 provided. Although there was only 1 review I liked what a read about Daniel being the owner & serviceman. Small businesses have a lot at stake when it comes to reviews &

As of writing, this business is a one person operation run by a man named Daniel. We used Daden Appliance as our contractor choice when our LG Refrigerator bottomed out on us and they told us to select from their list of contractors.
There was a bit of frustration when it came to LG not having the parts we needed immediately (or they were on back order and never told us or Daden Appliance), but none of our annoyance came from Daniel.
