Called All Bright after several people I know didn't repair Infinite switches for the heating elements and left a message. I heard back from them within a couple hours and maintained communication with them until the appt date. Although I didn't choose the repair as it wasn't economical I would happily recommend them as they are professional, reliable and communicative...can't ask for more than that. Thank you Daryl!

This review is long over due. But I wanted to give my thanks to Daryl of this company for his great patience and honest assessment of the problem with my GE double convection oven. The model is almost 10 years old and Daryl had to search for a long time to find the part need which he and I thought was the electronic mother board. He finally located it and when he told me the cost of the part ($500.00) I thought I would just buy another stove But when I checked prices for a comparable model I changed my mind and told Daryl to order the part. Daryl and his team are great! They installed a washer and dryer for me in a rental unit in FL while I live in NC. He kept in touch through the whole process and made thing go seamlessly. He is also a nice guy!

Darryl is absolutely the best! Knowledgeable, honest, on time,etc. I would never call anyone else. I was having trouble with my microwave/oven combination. It was a Kitchenaid and not that old. I was looking at $4,000 to $5,000 to replace it. Called Darryl and he found the trouble in just a few minutes. The fault was that it was somehow set to Celsius. He didn't even charge me for a service call. I am his customer for life. Incredible guy!

Called and owner quickly returned my call and was very honest and explained in detail on the repair and cost that would be done. He recommended I didn't do it as wouldn't be worth the cost vs replacing the unit. I appreciate so much him being honest and not like the other companies coming out to just charge me a service fee! Will definitely use again for an appliance repair needs.

I put in a request Sunday night and early Monday morning Daryl contacted me, he came out that same day. Finding good, honest people down here is hard, and Daryl was amazing! He fixed my washing machine and gave me pointers on how to keep it going for as long as possible. He is up front and honest, I would recommend him to everyone!

Called All Bright for an appliance repair. Daryl appeared at the exact time he promised. I was so happy that Daryl was able to repair our ice maker rather than having to replace it. Technician was friendly, on time, and honest. Based on the conversations I overheard with the technician and owner, the owner treats his employees well and with respect. Overall, great business ethics. I would definitely hire them again!

I needed to fix my ice maker on my fridge. I called All Bright simply based on the reviews on here. The reviews are absolutely correct. Quick to respond, responsive, showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and got it done. And really nice guy on top of it. Highly recommend for appliance repairs.

I have used All Bright Repair two times in the past few months for two different appliance repairs. On both visits techs were on time repairs were done correctly and prices are very fare. Would surely use them again.

These guys saved me from a doomed washing machine repair. They pulled out all the stops to install a new washing machine at good price as quickly as possible. Super clean and respectful, what they said they would do, they did. They had to do all the work and carry in and out a heavy machine to the 2nd floor. Not one complaint, ding in the wall or spill on the floor. I highly recommend.

Their level of service couldn't have been better. It started with a thorough assessment of my washer's problem over the phone that allowed me to decide if I wanted to proceed. In my case my washer needed to be brought to their shop, which I agreed to. The pickup was prompt, on time, and handled very professionally and with great care. The washer was in the shop for a short 2 days, and ready to come back home working as good as new. I highly recommend them (in particular Daryl on the phone and Ray with the service!).

I was having issues with the dishwasher in my condo. They promptly set up an appointment to diagnose the problem and advised that I needed a replacement.

They gave me a competitive quote which included removal of the old unit and, start to finish the process was done within 4 days.

Called this company based on their yelp reviews. My refrigerator stopped working completely. I was pretty sure it was the motherboard. I called late in the evening to leave a message and the call was answered by the owner. He said he'd make sure the tech stopped by the supply warehouse to pick up the correct motherboard so he had it with him. I was scheduled for the next day. The tech was in communication about his arrival time, very courteous, informative and efficient. He had everything up and running shortly. The cost was reasonable and the service was an A+. Would highly recommend

Daryl is the best!
My dryer was completely dead, I was pretty sure it was a fuse in the dryer and equally sure it was beyond my ability to fix. Called him up and he came out the same day. Did a thorough job for a reasonable price and now the dryer runs like new, better than it has in years!
So glad I have someone to call now when other stuff in this old house breaks down.
