Kind of disappointed. Great convenient location but the hours are terrible. I could not be bothered by the hours if the employees that initiate your wash were more attentive and not afraid of a little sweat. They use brushes to "appear" they are prewashing the front/back bumper and the wheels....but the water on the brush isn't soapy, and if it takes them more than 4-5 seconds to go from front to back, I'd be over estimating their efforts.
I believe once this month is done, I'm going to the wash on JFk and Mockingbird. They're open after 6pm and put forth enough effort before the wash as though

Signed up for monthly service. Impossible to get a receipt every month unless you want to harass the staff on site every time you need one. Tried upwards of 4 times (in person and via e-mail) to get a receipt sent to me when my card is billed. Its a basic business function and these guys failed. I've been using this service for over 6 months and received maybe half of my receipts without having to call, show up, or email a complaint.
